Will this kit suit my Celestron Nexstar 130SLT?

Hi Mr MarshallAs the essential difference between the Celestron Nexstar 127SLT and the Celestron 130SLT, is mainly the internal optics and diameter of the scope (130mm and 127 mm). There should be no reason the lens kit won't be compatible. The lenses and filters in the accessory kit are designed to fit telescope eyepieces with a 1.25" diameter. Hi, buying the Celestron 31051 Astromaster 130EQ-MD Motor Drive Reflector Telescope for my partner for christmas, in your opinion is this a good one?

Hi, The telescope itself is good value for the money but to be honest we haven't used the motor drive very much as its been more convenient to track the stars manually. I think the build and optics are excellent and its ability to collect light from faint star systems is brilliant so for the price you wont go wrong. One important accessory you will need is a good scarf!
