Bought as I’d broke my wrist, helped with overall well-being and health. Moods feel far more regulated and sleep a lot better, didn’t even buy for these reasons. I’d say it’s worth buying as you’re not going to lose anything, these are the best vitamins you’re going to get, whether it works is down to other reasons.

Directions
Two to three tablets daily with a main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Swallow without chewing. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Safety Warning
Do not take is you are allergic to fish or shellfish. Diabetics and those using blood thinning medication (e.g. warfarin) should consult their doctor before using this product. MHRA: Products containing doses equal to or greater than 1178mg/day of base glucosamine will now be considered to be medicines.
