I like the toy for its realistic features. It could easily used for training purposes

Broke within 20m. My son wanted a lever action foam dart gun and there's not too many of them. This seemed expensive but it looked pretty cool. I saw some bad reviews but since there's limited selection of what he wanted I decided to try it anyway. - I should have listened to the reviews. This is cheaply made but very expensive. The mechanism is cool to look at but not so much when it breaks so quickly. The shells and darts are a different size than I've ever seen, maybe you can get replacements but I would have no idea where. This is expensive plastic garbage.

I saw most reviews were negative before I bought this so I was a little weary going in but honestly this thing is pretty freakin cool. If you are looking for a precise, reliable dart”gun this might not be the one for you BUT, if you are looking for an accurate prop/ fidget/ hyper fixation toy for a more “reasonable”price, I can definitely recommend this thing! Some mentioned that it feels cheap due to its construction but if you are patient and use proper tools (like a drill) to assemble it, it feels very solid. The only shaky part is the metal lever assembly because it’s pre-assembled with pins in various places. The plastic it’s made of actually feels like alright quality and the rifle can easily be disassembled and sanded for modifying and painting! The shells can be quite tricky to fit into the rifle due to their bulky nature but you start to get the hang of it as you use it, just make sure to not force anything because while most of the mechanics are metal, there are a few plastic pieces that could break inside. To properly chamber/ eject the shells you really have to make sure you FULLY extend the lever because it’s the last little push that brings the round fully up into the barrel. Once cocked the lever becomes much easier to move and it’s perfect for just fiddling and faux reloads. I’ve cycled the rifle at least 100 times and nothing has failed yet! I plan on modifying and painting mine to look like an aged rifle with wood furniture and I’m excited to finish it! TLDR : Depends on what you are looking for. Super reliable dart gun, no. Kickass prop/ fidget toy, yeah!

Bought this gun for training and planking. The assembly is a bit rough but I just used a drill gun and put the torx bit screw driver it comes with in the drill end to put in the screws. (Much easier) They sell an upgraded spring for it as well as extra shells on kublai.com website. As soon as I replaced the spring it shot much more further. The shells are a bit hard to load at first until you start getting use to it. 5 +1 chambered I ended up ditching the darts and just screwed on a picatinny rail threw on a spider laser attachment from laser ammo for use with laser targets from alli express and on dryfire.com indoor laser range and it became the best gun to plank with around the house as well as educational. It originally came in grey and white but I painted it for a more realistic rustic look. I really like this little gun shell ejection is on point I've had no problems with it and ive shot it hundreds of times without any breakage. I haven't dropped it so who knows but for now it works awsome. Its great for kids and adults 👏 👍 but you can get it a bit cheaper on other sites as well. Shipping was fast no troubles. I would recommend getting this for the fun of it and learning.

Annoying to assembly, instructions are vague or in Chinese, incredibly difficult to load shells into, the sping is sensitive so a bump will half push the lever, you have to move the lever a medium speed or it won't move the shell all the way or will double eject shells. Annoying and poorly crafted. Buy from a reputable vendor off Amazon for a lever action of high quality.

It does look like a gun. I can play with it. But was very disappointed. Cheap looking.
