Oh my God !!! I just read "Highway : Every Life Counts". I got the chills so many times towards the end of this book. I completed it in one go and tears were rolling down my eyes at many points. It completely blew my mind. A heartbreaking and inspiring story at the same time.The hype around this book has been unquestionable and, admittedly, that made me eager to get my hands on it and since I got to know that it's a real story, then I got even eager to read it . Believe me, the story is really tragic and devastating which at the same time teaches to keep going on and in after galore if disappointments in life.The plot of the story revolves around Vijay, a software engineer who in an accident in a highway at night lost his family. After waking up from coma he was devastated to hear the news about her family's death. He loved his family a lot. He lost his mother, his beloved wife and his daughter. He only had his uncle left with him.He could not come over this pain. After an year, he decides to help the people who meet with accident in the highway. You will be inspired by how he devotes his life to safe the life of others and spread message of driving safe in highway. On his journey, he saves many people's life. He found peace in this work. His uncle also supports him.The end of the story is very motivational and inspiring. Vijay is truly the man of his words who loved his family a lot. He was a down to earth and humble man. My favourite part of the story was when Vijay meets his wife Preeti. In the end, the story shares us an important moral of driving safe, neither drink and drive, nor talk to phone while driving because it can change anyone's world upside down. Vijay does not want anyone to go with the pain he has suffered after losing his family.An incredible story and it should reach to an ever increasing number of people. This story is extremely recommended to readers of all age.

When a man loses his entire family one unfortunate night due to a road accident on the highway, he makes saving lives on the highway his life's purpose. Vijay wakes up from a coma after three months, only to find out that his mother, his wife, and his daughter died after the accident on the highway, and he is the only survivor of that accident. His whole world shatters before his eyes, but he finds a new purpose after saving the life of the mayor's daughter on the highway.This book is a very inspiring and emotional read. It is a short and simple read with a lot to offer to its readers. It will make you emotional, and it will inspire you to be a good samaritan. It is also thought provoking, and will make you think that life is precious and we should be careful while driving. It will make you more conscious about following road safety rules. The book has everything from love, and emotions to a good story with an inspiring message. It is written in a simple and lucid writing style, making it beginner friendly. The book is unlike any other books I have read and I think everyone should read it, especially young people, to learn the lessons this book gives so beautifully.

Well no matter what I write about this book, it would never suffice the actual respect and acknowledgement that this book deserves. Of my finest findings, since I am an avid reader for over 15 years with over 750 books, this has definitely made its way to the top 50 books of all time in my collection. Author Prashant Pathak has indeed touched a very apt topic which is absolutely the talk of this ongoing and upcoming digital millennium of mobile phones, digitalisation, On The Go lifestyle, 5G, & 7G etc and the generations involved within. I am not much of a storyteller as I personally think it diminishes the author's hard sweat effort to mesmerize the reader audience with his/her writing style. The book is very well weaved with a very apt title, the book design & theme, and undoubtedly the extremely relatable and lucid writing style also to mention the decent pace and the perfect size to tell the story for its readers. The story has the lead protagonist as Vijay , a successful engineer whose normal happy life takes a life changing turn after a highway journey. The content of the book is very strong and realistic and I wish and hope this book should make its way across all householders around the world. Love all Peace out.
