You have to apply the color three times or more in order to get the white shade, this information was not provided before buying and when you get the package you can’t even return the product because there is no refund it’s like cheating or looting the customer.

A satisfying experience. It would not go over well with black or gray hair. Apply for min 45 mins for good results. Would suggest testing it somewhere else like hand or lower part of the leg to see if there is no irritation or side effect.
