We have both gluten and lactose allergies in our family. This machine makes the perfect go to breakfast for us every morning using only 4 ingredients (5 if you want to sprinkle in some raisins) as per the photos.150 millilitres lactose free milk1 medium sized eggMix together and turn on the machineAdd in 2 teaspoons of caster sugarThen 100 grams exactly of Dove's farm self raising flourMachine should now be hot enough to pour the mixture. Just over half fill each circle.Sprinkle on 5-6 raisins to each. By the time you have done this you then flip over the pancakes with a non stick 1 inch thick flexible spatula (I'll show a photo of the one I use on last photo from Amazon)Shout the child downstairs and they are ready to go.I eat them as they are plain but the Daughter likes Nutella on hers 😋Makes 9 in total using this recipe. Overall its a wonderful product for making pancake efficiently especially if you have either small business, or your kids love pancakes. It's quick and easy to use and has made my life easier. Could gibe 5 stars if it had different temperatures settings. Since this has only 1 temperature setting so when it turns fully hot and starts burning pancakes if left longer, you would need to turn off to lower the temperature. So it would be lovely to add high, medium and low temperature settings to make it perfect.

Very easy to operate and grewat fun at a dinner party.

This is just what I wanted. It fires up quickly and cools down, too. Is easy to clean. Yes, there is just one heat setting but that is just right for any pancake mix. We use it to have some fun family time cooking - just like I used to do with my mom when I was a child. The only minor thing is that I don't like the wooden spatulas that came with it, could be better polished or silicone.

The pancake machine is lightweight and easy to use; just plug it in. The instructions say to wait 10 minutes to heat up, but it took less than 5 minutes to do so. No temperature control is featured, and I would say it needs it. Watch out as the Pancake mixture is very quick to cook, and turn over the pancakes before you overcook them.
