Why don't the name brands make one like this?
Trying to find a combination lock for gates (so we can give the code to the gardener and so mom doesn't have to carry around a key). Master has a few but they are so heavy-duty and wide diameter that they don't fit. Or there's the luggage locks which are too small and break when someone tugs on the gate. Plenty of padlocks with **keys** at Home Depot, Lowe's, and local hardware stores, but nothing that's the "just right" size with a combination.Wish it were brass so I can't speak to how it will hold up after being rained on, but there's a niche that's not being filled and this is the closest fit.

Nice locks. Using one on an outside cushion storage bin. There are small children nearby so keeping it locked prevents a kid potentially hiding and getting trapped inside. It also will keep lid secure in bad weather. The lock was simple to program....to lock it you simply move numbers off of chosen code.

Good but too big for suitcase
Seems like they are good locks, however, I searched for locks for suitcases and these are quite big and heavy for that. Good for a locker but too big for suitcases or backpack.

This Lock Really Locks!! For Real!
I bought this to keep my stuff locked up.It locks my things pretty well. The code on the padlock lets you lock your stuff away. I recommend everyone lock their stuff away with this lock that locks your things away. Locked.

No More Worry at the Gym!
These locks were exactly as described. The locks are secure, very easy to program with a new code, and does the job. I don’t have to worry any longer about my things in the locker room, at the gym, with these great locks!

I like these fine but am not relying on them for high security.
I like these locks just fine. I don't consider them especially secure. I haven't tried but assume you could pry one open with a screwdriver, but I don't know. My application is simply wanting to know if someone broke through a door/gate/locked box or not. I love the fact that all 10 of my locks have the same combination. Rather than carrying a bunch of keys, I just have to remember a simple combination.
