Helped clear my demodex and blepharitis within first few applications
Almost took before and after photos. Had I known it would be as fast acting as it was, I would've. Within the first treatment I swear the swelling I was experiencing (for approx 1 year) was almost immediately gone! The same is most likely true for my demodex issue, but just harder to tell how soon it worked. I've been using the product for less than a week and have had maybe one "flake" since. I can comb through my eyelashes without triggering new flakes/crumbs which used to be a problem. The redness is gone. I've been careful to clean my tools (eyelash curler and comb) with the foam as well before I use them (might do this after instead). I am also careful now to not use my daily moisturizer around/on my eyes as I've previously done as apparently the extra moisture/lipids help feed demodex. I also don't need to worry about that either as this product is surprisingly not drying. My eyes really feel so refreshed after each use. I've actually started using on the rest of my face because I've been so impressed with the improvement in the appearance of the skin around my eyes after using. I got this product when it was on sale and would buy again. My only complaint is I wish I found it sooner. I will continue using until the product runs out and assess if I need to continue use. But honestly I may adopt this as my new face wash depending on how things go and how the price compares to my normal face wash. The bottle says to follow with the "eye spray". I've thought about doing that just to see if there's any additional benefits but I really don't feel like I need to. Hope this helps!Update:Wanted to add to this that after about a month of non-religious use I have still noticed an improvement but still some flakes here and there (not nearly as bad or as often as prior to using this product). After doing some reading online that demodex treatment is typically 6 weeks to up to 3 months - which is considered 2 life cycles, I will be using this more consistently (and be doing other good practice things like changing pillowcases more regularly) and will report back. Still believe this product is amazing and no change in my rating.

Excellent product
Have been using your products for 2-3 years after recommendations from my eye doctor. I find the foaming cleanser easy to use, gentle on my eye lids, and comfortable on my skin. Please keep selling it!

Worked for my demodex blepharitis
About two years ago, I was diagnosed with dry eye in my left eye. I had intermittent symptoms of watery eye, blurry vision and a feeling that something like an eyelash was poking into my tear duct. I tried over the counter eyedrops for dry eye with no success. About 4 months ago, my symptoms got much worse. My tear duct was definitely clogged and I had swelling and pain in my nasolacrimal glad. My eye was constantly watering and my vision was blurry and I started having a crusty build up at the base of my lash line on the inside half of my upper eyelid. After a Google search, I knew from the list of symptoms and pictures that I had demodex blepharitis. I purchased Noveha's Eyelid Cleansing Wipes and Noveha's Extra Strength Eyelid Foaming Cleanser. I started out just using the wipes. For me, the cleansing wipes did not do as good of a job as the Foaming Cleanser. The texture of the wipes was a little too rough for my eyelid and there was little to no improvement in symptoms.I used the foaming cleanser as part of a routine: after washing my hands, I used warm water to gently soften the crusty ick on my lash line without wiping or scrubbing. Then I used one pump of the foam to gently wash my lash line, massage my swollen tear duct and then wash my eyelid, under eye area and my eyebrow. I wash my eye area for about 20-30 seconds using my finger tips. I rinsed the area with warm water, patted dry and then put a very thin layer of petroleum jelly along my lash line and eyelid. I did this routine twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Two and a half weeks later, I had no symptoms of demodex blepharitis or dry eye. My left eye is completely back to normal. For the past week, I've used it once a day. I keep a couple packets of the cleansing wipes in my gym bag and I'll pack them when I travel just in case I need them, but when I'm home, I only use the foaming cleanser. In retrospect, I think that the wipes didn't have enough of the tea tree oil to affect the amount of demodex I had. The wipes are moist, but there is probably more tea tree oil in the volume of cleanser I used. Plus, the cleanser is easier to distribute and get into the areas where the demodex lives when dissolved in a soap solution. The foam cleanser is thick enough so it stays on your hand where you put it and doesn't slide down your face when you're washing. It did not irritate my skin or eye, the soap is soft and smooth. It didn't dry out my skin, but I also used petroleum jelly afterwards. If you have demodex blepharitis, this is definitely worth trying.

Clarity
I think this soap is helpful. Doesn't solve the problem entirely. Still have a bit of crusty discharge around the eyes after sleep, however not as much and not during the day.

Relief.
As someone who has started getting chalazions, my first stye and blepharitis crust flare ups over the last two years, this eye wash has provided me relief and peace of mind. My eyes feel and look a million times better in the morning.I use twice a day and my eyelids don’t feel dry the way baby shampoo made them feel. Whenever my eyes are itching, using this helps them feel better IMMEDIATELY. It doesn’t take much product for results either. I haven’t experienced stinging in my eye or anything. Very gentle but powerful. Very subtle scent that is nice.

Yes you need to wash your eyelids with this
My optometrist recommended washing eyelids daily. This has a fresh clean scent and rinses easily. I bought the two pack and I will continue using it. I had a different brand I like this one much better

Works mostly
Works very well is the best at keeping the mites at bay. Sadly it doesn't cure you but is much better.

Not so foamy
This brand was recommended by my optometrist. I had another brand that were wipes. It seemed wasteful but did ok. The Dr said to use a brush with the foam. On about the 3rd shirt, there was only clear fluid. Couldn't use a brush and only gauze or cotton. It's fine but not as advertised.
