- Simply add one scoop of powder to 12 oz of cold water (or liquid of choice) and shake.

- Each smoothie starts out as 2 cups of fresh organic kale, 1/2 cup of fresh organic pineapple, and 1/4 of a fresh organic Banana. We freeze-dry them, powder them, and package them.

This smoothie has a wonderful tropical flavor. We use 1/2 cup of pineapple to drive the tropical flavor then add 1/4 of a banana to give it a little extra sweetness. Oh, and we also sneak 2 cups of kale into each smoothie. We freeze-dry all 3 of these ingredients, powder them, and package them, so all you have to do is add one scoop to 12 oz water and shake to enjoy a fresh smoothie.
