Great Value, Cord Lengths Could Be An Issue
While I loved the quality of this charger, I was pleased with the length of the cord from the brick to the outlet plug, the cable from the brick to my Surface Pro is surprisingly short. Not a deal breaker for me, but be aware of this spec.

Slow Charge
Good value, power cord works, one issue - my computer keeps alerting me that the battery is charging slowly and I should use the power cord that came with the computer.

Looks and works just like the OEM charger, but much more cost effective
The charge cable on my Surface Pro was starting to become finicky, with the LED on the plug failing to illuminate quite often. This replacement charger is working perfectly, and it’s a fantastic value compared to the OEM charger. It looks identical to the original charger, and it has worked flawlessly since I purchased it.

Pay attention to description!
Did the trick! Just make sure you're using it with the correct series of Surface or you will be Very Unhappy. The seller gives pictures and warnings that are quite adequate. So, if it's Surface 1 or 2 you need, then this is fine!

Do Not buy
I purchased this charger for a Surface tablet I use for both work and recreation (Reading kindle) it's a The Microsoft Surface model 1728 Surface Pro (5th Gen) I got the charger today 8/27/2024 (Approximately 3 hours ago) plugged in my Surface tablet as I have needed it for some of the documents on it for work, so it's been plugged in at least 3 hours, 1-2 of which it was turned off and not being used. I put in the pictures to show what the status is after 3 hours of charging with this new charger. The tablet is set to power mode (Plugged in) and the slider set to the absolute lowest power use setting along with the Battery Saver mode being turned on in the options and after 3 hours on charge while it is botting up and not dying the tablet is still sitting at 0% and not charging at all. The tablet charged fine two days ago before the old charger died (I know the old charger is dead and not the tablet as the charge lights etc on the old charger itself no longer light up). I will be contacting their customer service to ask about this and will update this review after.
