Cystic acne had started on my jawline in about November 2019. I was on spironolactone for a year to combat it. At the one-year point, I wanted to be off of the medicine, so I switched to taking these supplements and saw palmetto. This combination has worked wonders for me. I a few flareups of cystic acne as soon as I went off the spiro, but these supplements kicked in, and I've had none since early January. Very pleased with the results achieved through supplementation.

I wish Amazon would change the reviewing system; I gave it the three stars because I don't have an option to do anything else. I don't really have an opinion on this product, I'm not really sure if it helped or made a difference, or if it affected me in some profound sort of way. That may have more to do with the way I took it, empty stomach? or not an empty stomach? do you have allergies do you have the proper stomach balance? it's really unfair to make reviews about products with so many subjective different possible responses involving ow they work. But due to the restrictions at Amazon there's no other way to do this but to say well... it's okay or it's great or it's bad. There should be the no star system! You can either use the stars, or not, but you're still it able to have a discussion on the product whether you felt like you used appropriately. If is going to be a problem I tend to be one of those people who has one that didn't cause any issues but he didn't feel that it profoundly change my skin. If you're trying to review a product that you're not sure you have an appropriate opinion on, and you still want to let people know that you used it. It didn't affect you profoundly, or damage you in someway, Then you would be able to write a review without making people make a judgment about the product based on what you have to say. Then THEY can purchase it and say "I" give it five stars or I give it two stars... but I wasn't stifled from purchasing up nor did I feel driven to not purchase purchase it. Does any of that make sense?

This is a great product! I am taking 4 per day and they are clearing up my cystic acne that I've had for 20 years. My skin is smoother and less oily as well. I'm also taking Banyan's Triphala with it. Absolutely no side effects.
