Okay, I'm not sure how to convince y'all. This is hands down the best water fountain I've ever owned for my cats.It's a little pricey, I was extremely hesitant to purchase yet another pricey water fountain and I was thinking of giving up and just going back to a bowl on the floor, but I knew that fountains increased drinking habits for cats and so I gave this last water fountain a chance.I saw an ad on instagram for it, but found the product on amazon.The app set up was a little confusing as I've never had a 'smart fountain' before. I don't think it's washing machine safe, but it's SO unbelievably easy to clean. There aren't that many 'parts' to worry or hassle over.One thing I saw in a review on here, is that it's a little difficult to put together and replace the filter, and apparently if that part breaks then it's not replaceable.So I watched multiple videos on how to safely install and remove that particular piece and I recommend you do the same to avoid damaging that part. I haven't had issues with that part's durability as of yet, but I will update if anything changes.I love that the entire filter/pump/set up is waterproof. I have had other fountains where if a tiny spill occurs, it would short circuit the motor and it would break the whole set up. This pump is internal and completely submergible, and doesn't have a lot of removeable parts that you have to worry about getting in the groves to clean.There really aren't a lot of parts to clean at all really, which is just such an ease of mind.The app also has a reminder to clean it every 14 days and replace the filters on that 14 day mark, having a reminder helps me out a lot because I am a little forgetful. This allows me to make sure my pets water is clean and stays clean and also helps to minimize bacterial growth in the water, which the other filters had struggled with, and were never fully cleanable. Also my cats tend to drink the water by the 16th day, so if I forget to change and refill the water, they will be out of water before it becomes an issue. I have two male cats for reference. One tends to drink a lot more than the other but he's also 2x the size.I do use purified water, I have a zero pur filter system that I use to make sure the water is purified. One of my cats had minerals in his urine, so I'm hoping the purified water helps minimize that.Anyway, idk how to say that it was worth the purchase. It's so easy to maintain. I just am so happy with the product.

This is an amazing product. It is a little expensive but it is very much worth it. I bought mine about four years ago and it has never given me issues in spite of very lax upkeep. It has never once given me an issue in the four years since my purchase until 20 minutes ago and it only took so long to diagnose because we waited to look up the owners manual and didn’t believe it could be so simple. We just needed to disassemble and clean the pump and it worked so well. Even if it had failed I believe considering the quality of this would be available for individual sale. This is absolutely worth it. I have put it through the wringer and it tonight was just a lack of maintenance and poor water quality. It is very quiet the only thing you ever hear while it is running is the water splashing and not aggressively either. All of my animals which are two cats and a dog and many visiting animals have all been obsessed. 100% could not recommend it enough. And still very sleek and esthetically pleasing with barely any frequent cleaning. Elegant and the most happy I have been with a product ever honestly.

Trying to get my 70 pound chow chow to eat and drink is pretty much a constant battle. If one thing is slightly off, she will not go near them and what that off thing is constantly changes. This week she suddenly decided she hates bowls. How do you give a dog water not in a bowl??? Apparently in a petlibro fountain. I almost didn't buy this since it says nothing about being good for dogs. I was worried the bowl might be too shallow. But it was hard to find another pet fountain that didn't have some kind of annoying bright light on it. Seems to work just fine for dogs. She loves it and is drinking so much more water, with no more fights about it. Still battling it out over her food, but I'll take the W on this one. It's also whisper quiet. This sits in my bedroom so it's a huge plus that it's not noisy or bright and is pretty sleek looking. I paid $65 for it. Most other fountains I looked at were around $40, but I'd say this is well worth the extra $25 to not disrupt my sleep AND keep my pup hydrated. The app is kinda meh. But still worth it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is exactly what I wanted when ordering this water fountain. It works as intended and the app is really easy to work with. It lets you know when it’s low on water and how much your animal drinks. I would give 5 stars but there was a minor concern I had. I wish it was slightly bigger especially for the price. It is very decent in size but I have 3 cats and they go through it fairly quickly. All in all a really good product if your looking to get your animal filtered water and to be able to track what they are drinking.Fountain quality:Very high quality and easy to use. I like the filter actually traps hair and anything else that gets in the fountain

This is so far the best investment for my 2 baby girls in 2025. The machine runs smoothly, quietly, and consistently. Brings a lot of attentions to my dogs and they love driving water all day long. Thanks for the great work on the design and the quality product. It’s good looking as well!!

This is the one to get folks! I have tried many pet water fountains over the years and this is by far the best one of the bunch. It is so well engineered. It is really easy to refill and clean because the tank and the pump come off the power base entirely. The app works really well and it notifies you every time one of your pets drinks water and how much they drank (you can turn this off if you want). It’s so easy to use and everything that I highly recommend it to anyone with pets.
