Excellent Chamois at a great price and it looks just like the sheep it was taken from. :-) There are instructions listed on the package on how to season your chamois for the first time, they instruct to soak in water, rinse and then place in a pot of 40 degrees C which is about 115 degrees F for another 15 minutes and then lay flat to dry.I've heard others say that the chamois stinks and I think it smells great especially when finishing off my leather seats - The smelly chamois returns my car to a new car leather smell, amazing.I store my chamois in a zip lock bag and squeeze all the air out, this method seems to maintain the softness of the chamois and the pleasant smell.Many use the chamois for drying off a car and it probably is good for that purpose, but I prefer meguiar's water magnet cloth - I use two of those for drying my car and it works beautifully.When cleaning leather, my preferred method is to use meguairs leather cleaner with a leather brush for scrubbing, wipe it down with a microfiber and polish with the chamois. The price made me think it wasn’t going to be as good. But it worked really well. I’ve had other brands that dry really hard and brittle like and get holes quick and they weren’t cheap.. this one gets a medium stiffness when dried. Used it on my black car without fear. The size is great, I actually cut it in half since for me it would have been too large to manage. So far have used it three times. No holes or tearing and no added swirls or water spots when used correctly. Will be adding more to my collection soon.

The fish oil smell as stated in other reviews is real, super intense smell that took a couple months to go away, ever after sever hand washes and 1 time in the washing machine. Performance is middle of the road compared to other chamios I have had

Works GR8, as expected. This is a Chamois and all of them smell a bit. The smell will wash out after several uses. This cloth soaks up water very well, leaves the car streak free -- not much else to say.

Perfect chamois...I am so glad I made this purchase. It smells like it is suppose to smell...like leather and it soaks up water like it is suppose to soak . Ie: It is a real Chamois! This is not a scam wow infomercial Chamois. It's the real deal!!

I’ve used this to dry my black car and works well. May also be the paint job itself, it’s a Volvo, that I’m not seeing any scratching. Works as a chamois should and after a touchless car wash, fully dry it with this. After I’m finished, rinse well with warm water, hang dry, and its ready to use again.

Wow!! The absorption of this shamus is awesome, therr are no streaks, no left behind fibers on my car windows or paint, I love it.
