Missing booklet
The product came unsealed and was missing the booklet that should be included. The pieces are thankfully in a bag inside but I'm pretty disappointed as it was meant to be a gift. 'Booklet' is mentioned on the box too so that makes me look like I got it second hand.

Hard puzzle
I've got a lot of puzzles by the sane publisher, but this is a particularly difficult one. Gave up & took it to the charity shop.

Lots of missing pieces
One or two missing pieces is disappointing but sometimes to be expected. 39 feels like deliberate sabotage. Waste of time and money. Don't buy.
