Calm, Peace, and Health in a Book!
Michel Pascal is now my favorite meditation teacher!! I did Transendental Meditation for a while, but never found any peace or calm from that practice. What I love about this book is it trains you to be more calm, peaceful, and happy all the time.When I first saw Michel online, I didn’t think he could be for real. But after meeting him the in person, I knew that I may never know anyone with so much love for people and so much joy and calmness in his heart and mind. This book is easy to follow, beautiful made, poetically written, and a perfect companion to Michel’s app, Mind Dive. I’ll be buying many copies of this book to give as gifts.

Absolutely wonderful! I recommend this book highly
Absolutely wonderful! I recommend this book highly. I have shared many of the meditations with my yoga students. Michel's inspired and beautiful words have the power to transport me and my students to a peaceful and expanded consciousness. I am so grateful to have discovered this wonderful collection of meditations in an art museum gift shop!

Love this book and the techniques presented
I have had the privilege of studying with Michel at Dharma Yoga LA and dearly love this book. He has put this into a very clear, accessible and simple format. I think even people new to meditation will be able to approach this and learn from it. I love that these techniques can be used in everyday life. I look forward to deepening my understanding and practice with this book by my side.

Life changing
I ordered this book for a friend. I bought the book for myself while seeing Michel Pascal in concert. It has been two full weeks since then and I am able to be calm anywhere I choose now. This style of meditation is done anywhere and everywhere. I was able to mediate in the Phoenix airport near a screaming baby. It makes complete sense to me that this is the way to find peace in my life. I need to be able to find peace in the middle of chaos and have it last. Every morning I listen to some of Michel's music and meditate for a few minutes . It is a great way to start the day. As the day goes on and I feel the need, I do one of the short meditations using visualization, it absolutely works for me . I am so grateful that this was brought into my life.

Brilliant work
Michel is incredibly amazing. He was my sister’s coach and she highly recommended his book and it’s truly beautiful. The way he writes is stunning. Bought 5 to give copies to my friends
