Nice faucet but hardware issues
Nice faucet. Works great but they supply 2 hoses to connect the taps to the spout with a t connector. The hoses are too short to mount without a kink that restricts water flow . A new hose at 18$ cured the issue but I think it should be supplied properly. . Most tap sets include the pop up for the drain . These do not . Overall I'm OK as the price is low enough to cover the deficiency but the product could be improved with 12" hoses instead of 8"

Elegant, easy installation, fast shipment, and worth the price.
I used this product for my bathroom vanity. I like that the installation was easy. Shipment was fast. The product was delivered without any damage. The water flow from the facet to this product, is exactly how I wanted it. The design is beautiful. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Waste
Got this installed by spending $150. The tiny side arch supporting the crystal handle came out in just a few days. It wasn't broken, just came out, but there is no way to fix it. The company issued a full refund, but nevertheless, am stuck with mixer that looks broken as I do not want to remove and reinstall another one, because I will have to spend another $150 for the plumber. Please refrain from buying.

Good price that's about it
These faucets look great when you first install them, which is not easy, instructions are garbage not that you really need them. It is simple process with difficult parts. The hoses provided are way to short to be able to create a loop and too long to go direct fitting to fitting. They kink and become useless. They also stain real easy if you live in a hard water city/town. Scale build up happens fast so you need to clean them like every other day. No scratch scrub pads work pretty good. If they are turned on just slightly the water will leak fall onto the edge of your sink just below the spout which makes a mess every time. The +'s are they do look good and the water pressure is unrestricted which is great.
