Does what is expected, I rebuy this item often. A little goes a long way and I wipe most of it off the applicator and just like dab the areas I want some sparkle on.Only con could that it tends to smear easily the first few minutes after applied but I also don’t use any sort of primer and sometimes do my makeup on the go.

Not liquid!!! All dried up and old and came in large dry clumps!!

Used for Colorguard show makeup. Went on easily and stayed on even with sweating.

It's a but sticky but it does shine and it goes on well.

This product was a lot of fun to use during Halloween, but I also use it just as a black liner, or applied to create a smoky eye. It has longevity, and it stays on. Great value, good quality, and did what I needed it to do.

Basically thin, watery, barely black eyeshadow (picture and tube deceptive) with a heck of a lot of glitter. Don’t recommend.

this goes on smoothly with the typical sponge brush but applies more evenly than similar products costing way more money -- i like to wear it solo during the day and over eyeshadow at night--whatever i paid for it was forgettable, and i will see how long it lasts!
