Great Customer Service
This equipment is easy to use. It was purchased for my broadcasting class and the students were able to assemble the equipment with little to no help. It works great and the sound is clear. We had one issue with a cable to the headphones and after contacting the company they replaced it free of charge. Customer service was quick, friendly and helpful.

Rodecaster pro is awesome- accessories not so much
I bought this for the podcast a friend and I started. Don’t get me wrong the rodecaster pro 2 is definitely the way to go for podcast, broadcasting, or streaming. However the accessories that came with this bundle were not up to par. The boom arm is very very loud and with a dynamic mic that is gain hungry already it is not a good combo. Also if he XLR cables that came with the mics are about as cheap as they come; you can hear crackles in the cords when you move the cables and have your headphones on which tells me that they are either not shielded or are faulty.(All of them are this way.) The Zoom mics are great for the price however they don’t seem to respond well to the board functions like the noise gate and high filter pass. The headphones I don’t have any complaints with as of yet. I would recommend anyone looking to buy this unit to purchase the Rodecaster pro 2 individually, then purchase Rode podmic or a Shure mic if it is in your budget. It may cost a little more but the quality will be much better and you won’t have to buy this and then buy the other things anyways. Just my 2 cents.
