100% Do the work properly
The media could not be loaded. Light weight, comfortable for daily use,Size is also good, performance means the sound quality, mic quality,... are also best, then the Bluetooth connectivity is good getting upto 10-20 feet easily, good clarity in voice calling, music and the deep bass and the gaming mode are the best features I like. Don't know much about the service this is my first govo product it is recommended by many content creators. Fast charging feature is also help full while traveling, I am a college student so I forget to charge equipments , the 10 min charging will help me soo well and I can enjoy 10 hours of music play. I will update it after a long term usage.

It's an overall good product but still needs improvement
The features this neck band offer in this price is great!But the Deep Bass Mode doesn't makes any difference.The auto power feature is useful, while the buds are connected magnetically the neack band auto unpair but it takes too long to auto connect back.The battery life is now bit low as it's been over a month now.Feast overall music experience is good considering the price and feature it offers.Now how the brad it self provides it support is a matter of concern.I hope for a good experience

The media could not be loaded. Kripiya product buy na kare agar iska authorised service center apke yaha na ho to..Mene ye neckband liya tha November 2023 me . July me band ho gaya fir mene complain ki to bas wo log mail karte hai aur customer support wale kahte hai ye karo wo karo..par kuch hota nahi hai.. call lagao to waiting batayega .. fir 10 minutes me automatically cut ho jayega ..
