FITNATE Video Baby Monitor with 3.4inch LCD Display Wireless Digital Camera Night Vision Temperature Monitoring 2 Way Talkback System, Built-in 8 Remote Lullabies Long Range and High Capacity Battery

I went from a sound monitor to this video monitor. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, only negatives I find are minor. I think the lullabies could be more soothing choices, there are two that just anger my two year old. I can’t set the actual time and date which isn’t a huge issue. I’m not positive how accurate the temperature gauge is, right now I have my heat set on 70 for the house and it’s reading 76. There IS a blue light that is pretty bright on the camera, I’ve seen people talk negatively about it but it causes no issues with my daughters sleep and I think it helps as a nightlight for when she loses her stuffy or pacifier. The things I would change the most are the lullabies and the fact that when the lullaby is playing the screen can’t timeout due to the sound on the other end but I’m not sure you can do much about that since the screen is suppose to be lit when there is sound. I read a few reviews that complained about the cords being too short, I actually find myself having a ton of the cord left for both the monitor and the camera. Overall I’ve enjoyed the monitor, for the price it’s a good deal and I’m going on 10 months now with no issues.

I will cover all major features they list.-VOX function: this is supposed to save battery life by having a black screen unless noise is made. If you have a white noise machine, the VOX function is mostly useless because the monitor picks up white noise. We don’t use this function.-Microphone: Works just fine. If you whisper it still comes through clearly. If you yell it might be way loud.-“wireless”: It is wireless in the sense that the parent unit and camera unit are connected through wireless connection. However, the camera unit is NOT wireless and must be plugged in at all times. (See picture)-Nigjt vision: Works well. Adjusts as light adjusts.-Range: It works throughout our apartment and next door at the neighbors. Not sure about the range in a house.-Buttons/set up menu: Really poorly designed. They tired to have so few buttons that it’s confusing to get through the menu. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and you will be fine.-Temperature gauge: When tester against another device, this monitor was off by a couple of degrees. We just mentally adjust to know the right number.-360 view: Camera unit has to be moved manually; there is no button to change angle while using.-Lights: There is a small blue light on the camera unit when on. Your baby might notice it, but it hasn’t been a problem for us.-Picture quality: Quality is good. Some people says it’s grainy, but I don’t think so. It isn’t a super expensive monitor, so compared to high-end it’s probably not as good. But it works fine.-Sound quality: This is usually fine. When we first got it, we had a few issues with not hearing anything. We had to re-pair the the two units and adjust volume manually. It hasn’t has that problem since. One weird this is that the sound is slightly delayed from the picture. At first it was weird, but we adjusted. If that’s going to really bother you, then don’t get this monitor. If you can handle it and adjust, it’s totally fine.Just remember, this is on the cheaper end for baby monitors. Don’t get this expecting it to be like a $150 one. You’ll be disappointed. But for cheap, this works great.

Purchased this on March 21st and its already quit working. As you can see by the pictures theres NO scratches or scuffs. I take great care of everything I own, so in NO WAY have I caused any damage to this device for it to quit working. We use this monitor to watch our son while he naps. So it maybe gets used a total of 3-4 hours a day. THATS IT! So the fact that its already broken has me extremely frustrated. If I were you I'd save my money and get something different which is exactly what I have to do now.

I've had this particular monitor since April of 2019, and it's been a great little machine so far. In the past few weeks I've noticed that the monitor itself is only holding a charge for about 10 minutes after it's been fully charged. If anyone has replaced the lithium battery I would love to know which one it takes! I know it's an inexpensive monitor, but my grandbaby is 2 1/2 and I'm sure I won't be needing to use it much longer. It would just be nice to not have to have it plugged in all the time!

This is a nice monitor and has a really clear picture. I like that it’s not terribly expensive for a video monitor and yet it seems good quality overall. I did have a problem when I dropped the camera part and the little stem that holds the camera to the base broke. So I would recommend that you are careful not to drop it. I contacted the seller and they have said they will send me out a new camera so that was great. Haven’t received it yet but will update this if they don’t come thru.

My only complaint is that the batteries don’t last that long... other than that it works better than the more expensive brands! Quality is great. I read a few negative reviews but I still haven’t had any problems with it... I do have to say though that I don’t use it that often. I only use it once or twice a week and I’ve had it for 4 months so far. Let’s see how it goes. So far I would definitely recommend this item to anyone who doesn’t want to spend hundreds on a baby monitor.... ohhh and the range is awesome too! (Then again I live in nyc in an apartment not a house)

Good and waiting to witness it durability, otherwise it looks cool and meant for my awaited new born baby.. however i tested it and it performed great, one set of it has batteries and the other at the baby side has no inbuilt batteries, it has to run on power all the time.

I only put 4 because this monitor for the price is amazing!!! I wish I could change the volume because it’s loud but that’s not a bad problem to have and I’m in love. It’s the best monitor I ever had!!! I have 2 boys so I’ve had my share of baby monitors. The camera quality is amazing as well considering it’s a baby monitor!
