Very easy to assemble and helps with back pain. I always hear some cracks in my spine as it stretches over the apparatus. I use it once a day for about 2 minutes and it improves my posture and flexibility. Great value for the money.

Not sure if it was just mine, but I'm pretty sure it was previously used. The box was marked with other stickers and not shrink wrapped. It may not have been packed shrink wrapped??? But I know it shouldn't have come with any stickers if it were new. The blue center strip was not attached and was lose in the box.

Just get it, you'll thank me later. It's feels great, you get the lil back crack as your spine decompresses. If you have back pain, this is something you want in your self care regimen .You'll love it.
