Serve Their Purpose
These are NOT OSHA approved.However, if you don't need them for OSHA, they work fine for visibility and not getting cut if you brush against a rebar end. I don't know why others say they don't stay on. I used them on 1/2" rebar and they went on tight and stayed in place.

Caps for rebar and U posts only
I bought these caps to put on the top of T posts along a fence line for better visibility in the wooded part of the yard. They do not fit as advertised. They fit on a U post and rebar, but not on any T post.

NO! You'll be skewed.
Absolutely no way OSHA would allow these on vertical rebar if closely inspected. These are for visual only to look like the real thing. Good for horizontal rebar to prevent eye injury, THATS IT. You fall on this the rebar will poke through it with ease and most likely you. Plan on a fine or lawsuit if caught with these, or even worse falls on one. Get the real ones, don't take the chance.
