Best scissors ever!
I use applique/paddle nose/duck bill/whatever you want to call them scissors all day every day, and these run CIRCLES around my more expensive ginghers. First, they are long enough that I'm not in my own way trying to use them like 4" versions. Also, the angle of the finger holes (there's a better name for that, but I can't think of it) is much better. For some reason, my ginghers get stuck on my knuckles and these do not do that. Finally, the serration on the blades grips your fabric and keeps it stable as you cut, which makes them great for spandex, lace, tricot, swim fabrics, etc. that have a slippery feel. Oh, any my kids say these are super cute compared to my others, so that's cool too.
