This really did help me work on my posture and make me more aware of how much I had been slouching. I’m in front of a computer most of the day and lean forward more towards the end. My upper back, neck, shoulders and collar bones had all been hurting more than usual and wearing this for short intervals helped.

The brace is soft and seems solid. The velcro works well. It is the fit that is the problem. I tried putting it on various ways and adjusting it. It still cut into my underarms. I ordered plus size because I am a size 20 woman. This is wide across the shoulders and is for people with wider shoulders than mine.I couldn't get it tight enough to be useful. It didn't hold my shoulders back. It cut into my underarms at any adjustment.

Small was too big for me and too bulky under arms. I had to return it.

This is a wonderful product for posture improvement. I have found it to be very comfortable and very easy to wear around the house. I enjoy the simple design and comfortable straps. Posture is noticeably different after wearing this for a few weeks. Very impressed. Highly recommended to those seeking to improve their posture.

It was really binding

Great product that helps keep upper body in proper alignment. This helps eliminate fatigue and pain over time. I am a large male and not all products provide enough support for my body frame. I would highly recommend this product

Tooo difficult to get on!

The brace itself seems well made, and undoubtedly does the job it is designed to do. BUT - it constantly rides up and ends up sitting right at the base of the neck, which is VERY uncomfortable. So it will be returned and we'll try a brace with a chest strap.
