Works great on the gas grill
Delivered fully seasoned and ready to go. Nice and heavy and has even heat sitting on top of my Weber Genesis grill. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the fallowing. The cooking surface is somewhat rough so I see the potential for sticking with some foods. The grease catcher was full after a pound of bacon and one pound of smash burgers. Not a big deal since I was on the grill outside but could be an issue in the kitchen. All and all very satisfied with this griddle.

It doesn’t stick.
It’s very good it’s heavy it’s good to make burgers inside the house and it does not stick. Heats up fast and it’s easy to clean.

Excellent griddle.
This is an extra heavy duty griddle. Using it for hibachi and smash burgers on my grill. You won’t be disappointed.

Works for bacon!
Works well yet need to heat on high. We make bacon on it and would be better to have a drainage system for grease.

I bought this for my regular gas grill & it works to perfections. I bought it pre-seasoned & it was ready to cook. I eat Hash Browns w/onions & a side of smoked sausage about three days a week for breakfast. Cheese steak sandwiches with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers with melted Provolone cheese are awesome on this griddle. Don't hesitate just buy it. Make sure you buy griddle spatulas.

no drain hole.
there is no drain hole on grease trench as it appeared in the sales clip/pictureotherwise, i think i will enjoy cooking on this large surfacerichard
