Will the pin work for my anne klein watch model ak/3198?

Can't address a particular brand/model of watch. Kit has many options, it's not that expensive to give it a try. It worked for several watches that we have.

Does it work on expansion watch bands?

I am not sure, but it works on most bands and is excellent for the money.
