Just a Toy for Children
Well, I am not interested to explain in details. But have spent lot of money(as compared to current price) and have unlimited number of demerits. As such - 1. Battery drains out in 2-3 days. In rare cases, 4 days 2. Step count is not so close. Don't know how companies use the logic to count the steps. but for this company, they use the distance I travel divided by distance I set for each step in the setting. For example, if I set the distance per each step as 60cm, and if I travelled 100 M, then it calculated the step 100 M / 60CM. Which is not always true right? Some times steps may increase and some times steps may decrease. I have compared it with MI Band, and MI Band provides way too better than this. This is not even close. 3. This watch has 2 pairing options for phone. One is normal pairing for usually sync between phone and Watch. And other Bluetooth pairing is for Calling. If I enable the calling, every sound of my phone transfers to the watch which doesn't seems to be okay with me? I am expecting only calls to be transferred to phone. But if I navigate or do something, those beep sounds also comes in watch. If company justifies that Music also being transferred to watch and customers want it, then they should have easy config setup to allow customer to choose on what to transfer to watch. And even if company can't do that, they should only transfer the sound of Music and Call. Rest others shouldn't be transferred. 4. If the Bluetooth is turned on in my phone, sometimes, it is automatically enabling the Bluetooth calling in Watch. So in case I am talking to someone over phone, it automatically transfer the sound to watch which impacts my privacy. 5. Speaker quality was nice when I used for first couple of days. But then it becomes so bad, that I always tries to switch off the Bluetooth calling(because automatically it turns on) manually. 6. Sleep timer - God knows what is the setup. When it becomes around 10pm or 11pm in night, watch considers that I am sleeping. Even if I have hand movements and usual walk over night. If I see the watch, it says my sleep time is more than 7Hrs.. Where as, I am going to bed on or after 4:30AM in the morning and my sleep time is around 5Hrs(so I am waking up between 9AM - 10AM). This watch displays that I am going to bed around 10-11 PM and waking up at 7AM. One more thing is it indicates the deep sleep timing also. Interestingly, even if I am working or walking(to go to washroom), this watch shows that I am in deep sleep(I am laughing out loud when I check the statistics of watch). How is it even possible? Even if a fake company will try to detect my walk movements to avoid negative rating. You are a brand, and it was never expected. 7. My company recently initiated some challenges for Walkathon. And I tried to sync it with google fit. You know, if the watch is not in sync(Bluetooth is completely turned off) and I am keeping mobile with me and walking, google fit provides me the step count so accurately. But if I make the watch in sync, then google fit collects data from watch and the count is soo wrong with huge margin in difference. 8. Watch Face - have limited number of watch faces(wider community of developers are not available it seems). If I transfer one watch face to watch from my phone, it takes lot of time to send to watch. Even a simple watch faces lots of time to be transferred to watch, so annoying. 8. We can have at max 2 custom watch faces(out of which one is preinstalled and we can just customize with our own photo and color, other one we can download from store). The one which is downloaded from the store(max one is allowed and if you download one more, it will remove the previously downloaded one) is taking lots of time to download from store to Phone( it is because it is trying to sync with watch as well). At least if I like 4-5 custom faces, App should have allowed me to keep all those in my phone. If memory size is a matter for watch, then it should allow us to decide which one to transfer to watch. 9. We are in 5G era right now. Even if I am staying in Village, my mobile data speed is way too fast than many people who may be using Broadband. I literally seen people from my organization complaining about broadbands but at the same time I have good internet which was connected from my phone. Even at this speed, if I am browsing the store for watch faces, it is way too slow that 2G. I bet, 2G browsing will be faster than the store browsing. Company need to host their site with a better accessible server(even I know it has less customer. Out of which, even lesser people will be accessing the faces from store. So technically store should be more accessible because of less traffic, which is not at current time). 10. As I mentioned earlier, this watch couldn't track the movements. So if I sleep with this watch, many times automatically the wake up light comes up. Quiet disturbing when I really feeling sleepy in the early morning. 11. Batter life I have already explained. One more demerit related to that is there is no warning or notification for Low Battery.(Are you Kidding?) Sometimes, I really doesn't focus on watch and at night if I try to check the time, I realize that the battery is already dead and not sure when it turned off. 12. To Accept a call using watch usually requires this Bluetooth calling function which is a highlighted feature of this phone. Apart from that, if I turn it off, I am expecting the other minimum functionality that other watch companies provide in a normal watch. But here, if I turn off the Bluetooth calling, I am not getting any sort of notification in 99% of time. Rarely I got a notification(1% of time) of call when Bluetooth calling is disabled. And when I get a notification the name of the caller is not coming many times(again if I got a notification for 5-6 times in last 3 months, only once I see the name of the caller which was added as a favorite contact list). Rest only numbers are popping up. During travel, least I am expecting is a notification with caller ID/Name and a rejection option - a normal watch band can provide me this functionality. It expects to turn on the Bluetooth calling and the sound is too bad that I can't turn it on. Sometimes because of privacy I can't turn it on. But what to say about this watch - people who purchased it and really gone through this hard times, may have known how bad is it. 13. UI looks kind of OK type. I would say, better than average But if you navigate, it is going to have a really hard time for you. You will feel like it is just a 300 rupee tablet purchased for your child to use as a slate. I can't compare it with anything else(I got almost nothing to compare). 14. Heart Rates also shows some different value as compared to other brand. However, I can't falsify this brand for Heartrate unless I have any other option to measure the heart rate more accurately. 15. Same goes for other sports functionality which I don't do often like swimming. So I can't provide any feedback on that. However assuming normal step count and sleep measurement, I have a vibe that other sports functionality will also be very wrong. 17. I have purchased 3 watch of this Brand(of 3 different models) 2 at the same time and other one is after one month(Amazon can verify from my order history). Even if after these many demerits I choose to purchase from the same brand with higher model, because that was for my brother who struggles in operating some new stuffs. When he need some help, I could at least help him over call(when I am in remote location). Otherwise I could never purchase this after after I have wasted almost 7500 for 2 watches. Going forward, I will never buy just by following the ambassador. 18. (Intentionally I kept this point after I reveal the number of watches I have purchased) Apart from Technology, if I talk about strap, 2 watches does feels like OK type(last 3 months it goes well with me and my family members). The latest one which I purchased for my brother, is the latest and greatest one of this brand. But strap quality is way too bad. If you remember of having 30-40 rupees watch which shows only digital clock for children, the kind of strap that contains is actually better this brand strap(which I have purchased for my brother). Else other 2 watches are having good material as compared this one. 19. If I check the exact back-side and around(the actual sides) of the watch which I am using, i having lots of problem. I am getting white marks so often(guessing because of sweat). So I am cleaning this. Apart from that problem, one major problem is I am getting bubbles in the back sides and in the actual sides where I have speaker and button. These bubbles shows that the coat is of lower quality(attached the snaps). 20. The 2nd watch which I have purchased for my brother in law(as I mentioned 2 were purchased at the same time) is not working now. If I charge it, at that that time, it only shows the date and time(not allowing to navigate or use any other functionality). If I remove the charger, it turns of. 21. This brand has I guess limited service centers. If I talk about myself, I have to travel minimum 105 KM(one way) to get the service. Similarly for my brother in law, he has to travel around 110KM that too in Ghat area). I heard that there is a local shop which is authorized for this brand, but again that is is 75Km from my Brother in law's house and of course in Ghat area. 22. I may be missing out some points for now. But that's fine. These much points allows me to rate negatively. Unfortunately I don't have that option. 23. [This is part of review edit after a month or so] As i have mentioned that my brother in law's watch was not functioning for so many days, I got a chance to browse through company site and found that we have a option to register a complaint which I did. I was so happy while doing it, because it was asking for Pick up address and delivery address. I felt they will provide me service without visiting their store. You know what, soon after i register the company replied that I need to travel to the stoe to get the service. My brother in law decided to travel so long, and the store owner said it will take minimum 2 weeks. And we call then they can provide the status and once it is ready then we can visit them. Otherwise it will be wase our our time if we keep on travelling multiple times. If something need to be replaced, then it may take more than 3 weeks. 24. Well, store owners are also saying "Fire Boltt" brand accessories are like this and even they are not happy seeing many people visiting them several times. [A message to brand - try for a real time review from your own customer service center representatives. You will see where you stand in the market] [A message to customer - I have wasted more than 11k for 3 watches. I wish you should read through this review before you make any decision with Fire Boltt products] ( I would love to add any positive points to this list if I find any.. counting my days... )

FIREBOLTT.......... A FAILED PRODUCT
Having purchased the smartwatch in January, 2025, I have hardly used it, only while walking in the mornings. It began showing complaints about a couple of days back with the display always shaking and almost all functions working simultaneously without any press of the button. Alarms did work only at times and because of this I have overslept on certain days. Your Customer Service is totally ridiculous. Have been trying to call your Customer Service ever since but thank god I didn't get through even once. So thought of registering the complaint through your web pages. And everytime I get the message that Fireboltt couldn't raise a ticket for the complaint made. Never expected all these from a company like yours. Now the watch is completely dead and that too within four months of purchase. Kindly inform how I can it fixed at the earliest. Hoping for a positive response from your end. I had sent all the relevant documents supporting my claim but the Fireboltt Team keep on asking the same details, but through different customer service agents. Each and every time they requested I had sent the details. This in a way keeps the issue prolong for days which is happening to me and the customer will back out of the complaint. This is the second time happening to me for the purchase of the same brand watch from FIREBOLTT, WHICH FAILED TO KEEP UP THEIR BRAND VALUE AND PRODUCT WORTHINESS. I HAVE POSTED THE PICTURE OF BOTH THE FIRBOLTT WATCHES WHICH I HAD PURCHASED DURING THE COURSE OF THE LAST ONE YEAR, WHICH IS TOTALLY IN A NOT WORKING STATE. THOUGH THE COMPANY PROMISES A YEAR OF PRODUCT WARRANTY THEY ARE NOT ALL KEEPING UP THE PROMISE AS PER BY MY EXPERIENCE. Fireboltt is not only making us consumers fools by making Mr.Dhoni the brand Ambassador, which gives their product the mileage, but also Dhoni himselves, by selling spurious products. But Mr.Dhoni received crores whereas we the customers are looted to pay Mr.Dhoni, making us totally fools

It's my faith. i will never purchase boltt products
I used this watch only few days. i really like that product. after few days watch not turning on. i request for replacement or repair. and they send new one. but i ordered silver and they send gold colour. i ask to boltt to replace this watch with silver. "Upon examining the product you received, we found that it possesses equivalent or even superior features to the originally requested replacement. Our team is committed to ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products, and we take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously." this mail get from boltt. why they are sending gold colour. before sending another colour boltt have to confirm with buyers. please give some respect to buyers. i really disappointed with their service. before going to place order keep in mind 1. if you get damaged product you will get repaired or replaced with another colour 2. customer support very poor 3. if you purchase you feel guilty after you facing any issue. 4. they are focusing only on sales not in service or customer support 5. your interest they don't mind. 6. i think this product quality is very poor thats why my battery get died within 10 days. 7. looks like amazing and using software experience better. 8. fitness traking working on hand shaking 9. touchs working good and visible in sun light 10. accuracy not proper 11. sound quality average i strictly recommend to everyone don't purchase their any products. if you're facing any issues they don't care. they have many policies. you have to read it before buying it.

I downloaded the app and got the smart watch paired to my phone but am not receiving any notifications,no sms reminder,and when am even in bed but the watch continue counting my steps,, don't waste your money on this product,I want to return it
