Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB, Graphite - (Renewed)

I’m extremely happy with my renewed iPhone 13 pro. It arrived in excellent condition, looking almost brand new with no noticeable scratches or marks. The screen is flawless, the body is pristine, and the phone feels solid and well cared for. Performance-wise, it works perfectly. Everything runs smoothly, from apps and multitasking to camera performance and battery life. Face ID, speakers, buttons, and connectivity all function exactly as they should, with no issues at all. Overall, this renewed iPhone 13 pro exceeded my expectations. It offers the same premium experience as a new device but at a much better value. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a renewed phone.

The phone was up for £335 and dropped to £300 with 1 remaining. I was looking at a used one elsewhere but this was only £20 more. So it was less risk than a private seller and in 'Excellent' condition status. I was extrtemely surprised when it arrived. I assumed it was brand new. Absolutely pristine, no scratches on the front back or sides. It`s Blue but not distracting or bright. It seemed to not work setting it up from a clean install, no idea why but the third time it did. Hours later all my Apps and password were set up so I could test the phone. The battery was 85%, I would have liked more but I knew it was not new. However, it does seem to last longer than my iPhone 8 but that was 75% battery. It can get hot, very hot but I think that might be Apps doing that, some arent optimised well for the device it seems but that is another issue. I don`t think its a fault. After a week I have tested all the functions, I think and it appears to be working as expected. Now we know a week isnt anything as far as longfevity goes but it is Apple and the gear is quaity. Lets hope it works forever! Negative is the newer phones 13 and upward are heavy compared to earlier models. I wouldn`t want any heavier or more bulk in size. I have noticed the focussing is slow to lock on changing from one lens to another or from macro setting. Not sure if it is a fault. It eventually focusses. It`s not a huge probem. The cinema mode focus tracking works brillianty.

I will never buy a second hand iPhone again after this experience. Here are the problems I’ve faced. - screen not 120hz as in original iPhone 13 (only gets up to 60hz) - screen incompatible - presents error message when turning on iPhone for first time - screen not sensitive enough for fast typing. If you’re used to typing fast on your iPhone this screen will not work fast enough to pick up your typing speed and your phone will just start typing nonsense as it skips over occasional letters - no auto brightness functionality. If you take this from a dark room to bright sunlight you have to adjust the brightness yourself manually. - no proximity sensor. The screen doesn’t turn off in pocket or when holding up to ear. - screen doesn’t function when magsafe accessories are attached - battery drains within about 2 hours. - this “excellent” grade iPhone came with scratches all around the metal frame. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I wasn’t able to return this iPhone during the return window. I will never buy from this seller or a second hand iPhone again full stop to be honest. I don’t even feel comfortable selling this on to someone because the quality is so poor. Disingenuous seller selling a worthless product that should not be compared in any way to a genuine iPhone

This item arrived very quickly, I set it all up and then discovered it was not Sierra blue, which I ordered ! It is in fact a graphite one, (would have been my second choice). The phone is in excellent condition, works perfectly and has a good battery.

I have used several companies for refurbished electronics and this was my first purchase through Amazon Renewed. Whilst you need to be alert buying second hand my general experiences over many years buying IPad, phones etc has been excellent. It fits my value set in reusing and is also much more cost effective. So this IPhone 13 Pro arrived with me. Came in a brown box, bubble packaged and with a non Apple charge cable. Opening the packaging the phone looked new. Screen was crisp and case perfect. It’s quite clear the phone sent here has been recasted and re screened. Battery said 100% but looking into the phone with 3utools available on the web it was really at 78%. After charging - pretty dead. This is below Apples 80% standard but bear in mind whether it’s 78% or 80% there’s not much difference being philosophical particularly as the phone even renewed has a three year old core. It also became clear the screen had been reglassed… quite a common practice where the glass is damaged refurbers have kit to remove the glass and replace with new over the OLED screen - the Apple screen glass is one of the best and toughest in the industry and the biggest impact of this from a practical sense is that the new glass struggles to stick a screen protector on because whilst it looks just the same the surface is different. However, the screen is a genuine Apple one so you still have a great experience in every way. I tested the phone both through the internal test Apple have and also through the software and aside from the battery got a clean bill of health. So reflecting on what I have it’s a very pretty phone ( pictured but with a screen cover and protectors on the lenses for the eagle eyed and so it stays perfect in a case with good components but a crappy battery. Remeber though I paid £350 for it so for an IPhone 13 Pro that’s a lot of phone for the money as well as being the 256GB version. It’s inevitably the battery will need changing at some point soon ( at a cost of £60-90 dependent on OEM or non OEM) but if that’s done and I go OEM have a £440 phone that to all intents an purposes looks new and works perfectly ( save for some hassle fitting the screen protector that I wouldn’t have if new. An equivalent IPhone 14 refurbed from Apple is something like £740 in 256 MB with a slightly better camera with less zoom. That’s a big difference of £300 So Amazon, on balance, I think you did good. Teléfono impecable, no tiene ningún arañazo, pantalla limpia, la vida de batería venía al 100%, de momento hemos probado y funciona bien, el único pero que le pondría es que me enviaron un cargador genérico muy feo, pero lo demás genial lo recomiendo.

The phone is in perfect condition without any scratches and the battery health is 100%.It came in the original box plus charger and the key to remove the SIM card holder. I am very satisfied.
