UPDATE 6/7/23: seller reached out after reading review and offered to send a replacement set of lights even passed the warranty, very much appreciated, changed to 5 stars for customer service. 6/6/23 I purchased these in February 2023 for a 3-tier fountain that I was installing in my front yard. They have been in service since mid-March and worked great - had them set to come on at night through a home automation system and go off in the morning. Unfortunately, after a little over two months of use, they will not power on anymore. I have changed the outlet they are plugged into and confirmed power is working, but no matter the power source, they do not come on when powered up nor with the remote. Unfortunately, its past the warranty, so I will have to see if I can replace the power supply or will have to buy a whole new set.

So disappointed with these lights. They started off really pretty and perfect for our fountain. Then after 5 months they stopped working. After trying to work on them to come back on I gave up. Contacted Amazon and they said the return window had closed. They game me an email to contact the company since the lights were under a “year” warranty. Almost 2 weeks have passed and I have contacted the company twice. NOTHING!

These lights r awesome had them for over 2 years and they all still work/ they wont illuminate the water but they look nice underwater/ problem ive had with all three sets is the remote sux u can replace batteries and they still dont work/ i went as far as to cut out the remote sensor on wire but then ther stuck in one color/ but usually lights underwater get condensation then burn out but these lights dont do that i wish theyd fix the remotes

Lights look great! Pond is still a work in progress, but the lights really make it standout beautifully at night. Extremely easy to install and comes with a remote for changing colors, brightness, or setting the built in timer. I originally went with 4 lights but quickly decided I really needed 6 for the look I wanted. I zip tied them to a brick for easy and secure placement. You can still angle the light up and down when it’s zip tied.

Lower your expectations. These are cheap for a reason. That's not to say they don't work, but you get what you pay for. I'm not willing to pay hundreds of dollars for lighting my container pond. I have 2 strings of these (8 total lights). I've had them for about a month now. One light filled up with water pretty quickly. Then the red LED went out. Now all the LEDs in that light are out. The good news is that the other 7 lights are still working fine.....for now. I won't be suprised if they die out slowly one by one. But to me, if they don't then it's a win. I've got some pretty cheap lights that work alright. They're not the brightest BTW. That's why I wound up ordering another string. (I'm sinking a piece of driftwood, thus the weight in the picture).

The media could not be loaded. These lights are bright and beautiful! Easy to install .. just read the directions for pairing the remote! Lots of color choices but these are so much better than any other submersible lighting I’ve had in the past. Thank you!!
