Incredible knife!
This is an excellent knife. Very good value too. Raw chicken seemed to melt away from the blade with just a touch. It's quite a comfy knife (to my hands at least), while its not as Hefty as a Wustof its not flimsy either. Most importantly its quite sharp and cuts foods as easily. I haven't had it for long so i cant say how it will hold up to heavy use, but im sure this will be a trusty knife,Would definitely recommend it.

It has a good weight to it
I bought this knife for my wife because she's getting into cooking. Last year she bought me a $90 Wustoff, and I think I'd rather have this one. It has a good weight to it, the grip is perfect, and the blade is absolutely razor sharp. We've only used it for about a month, so I cannot speak to the longevity of the blade. But for the price, I think this is a great choice for an everyday chef's knife.

Really really love it
It is heavy duty. You can tell its professional grade. The handle is sleek with easy grip, its also filled in and not hollow like most -wanna be- knives. Even my older brother came over to check it out and see if it was better than the one he just bought and he was so mad he wasted his money on the junk one he bought for alot more money lol.

You'll like this one
I really wanted a GOOD knife, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I'm not a top chef or anything, but I do cook a lot, and my knives weren't doing me any good. This knife make chopping so easy, and makes me feel like I know what I'm doing! It makes everything take about half the time it used to. It's the only knife I use anymore!

Best Knife I own
I love to cook and eat healthy, Right out of the box my first thought was that this knife is very nice, it is well balanced and weighted, it feels good in your hand, and it cuts food up easily. It is a great knife for the price considering you can use this knife to slice, chop, mince and so many other things.

Excellence!
I own several more expensive knives, but this one beats them all. The blade is deeper than most chef knives, allowing for a more natural cutting position, and less strain on your wrists. It is scary sharp and holds that sharpness after lots of use. I don't have anything to add about this product, so I must repeat. Scalpel-sharp after a month of use.

Happy with it
I can't tell you how happy I am with this knife. When I first open the package, take up the lightweight knife and I was afraid it might feel flimsy but it doesn't. It holds its edge nicely. Steak easily to chop, bread was also a breeze, didn't squash the loaf to make a nice slice. I'd be happy to own more than one.

Makes me better in the kitchen
Seems like a great deal. Looked at much more expensive knives but bought this one after reading other reviews. It's a beautiful thing! I use this knife to make omelettes in the morning. I slice up spinach leaves and onions and cilantro and chicken sausage. This thing works perfectly and it has made me faster at doing everything. Definitely a good investment.
