Weldcote MetalsShade 9 Filter Lens 2" X 4-1/4"

Not quite dark enough for flux core welding at an appropriate power setting for 1/8" steel. My welding helmet came with shade 11 which was too dark to see the bead. Since this was my first welding project since middle school and not knowing what shade would be right and because they're cheap I bought shades 7 through 10. Turns out that 10 was perfect. 9 was the first one I tried, and it left me with a little bit of arc eye (which didn't last, fortunately).
