The media could not be loaded.  - the flame should have a second LED to have additional colors.- battery life seems to go quite long which is nice, an 8 hour timer would be dope.The item is smaller than I expected. Quality does seem good. The price is somewhat inflated and could be priced more competitively for what you get! 2 for 30 is a cute price.I don’t like the white rubber soles for grip at the bottom and much rather see black. Both items had this weird used residue oil fatigue remaining upon opening the box, so it seems dirty/used.It took just over ~ 4 hours to fully charge the units, and I filled them up (listing says 70ml but seems closer to 60) and away they went just shortly after 8:00 p.m. . The following day just after 2:00 p.m. they were still misting and working with about ~ 1/4th of the water remaining which was surprising.So far, the battery life works great, and I don’t have any major issues, will report back if the items begin to fail performance wise.

In case you’re like me and didn’t realize this, the flame effect is an optical illusion. The mist emitting from the diffuser, disguised as a candle, shows up as an orange stream thanks to the LED light. I somehow was imagining it to be like a Flameless candle with an artificial wick. In any event, it is quite lovely to look at. Because it is so small, you can only add three drops of essential oil so the fragrance is not very strong. You can enjoy it close up but the scent will not fill a room.The seller was very nice and sent a personal note explaining how to use the product and asking if I had any questions. Instructions are included with the product on a tiny piece of paper so it is hard to read. I very much appreciated the detailed email.I give it five stars for the aesthetics and ease of use.

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to set up and maintain. Charge last for hours. The “flame” adds a special ambiance to the experience. Excellent choice for anyone.

It's very nice and the candle light look is clever. But the mist stream is very weak and it doesn't put out much smell. It also broke and started leaking after a couple of months.It's a nice idea but it's just not enough.

It works but the pictures have been edited to look exactly like a flame. Come on man.

Nice looking and not cheesy. Will buy another for other rooms. Flame looks authentic.

I was really pumped thinking I found a diffuser that will charge and therefore doesn’t have to be near a plug. I think this is SUPPOSED to do that, but mine does not charge at all. Only works when plugged in. Charged once when it first arrived, but dead ever since.

Loved this diffuser, the candle light is beautiful. After having this for about 2 months, it would not work when unplugged. So sad as it was fantastic when it worked and could be unplugged and put anywhere which is the reason I purchased this unit😕

I liked it’s handy and small but it died on me in not even two months, isn’t a good quality.Very disappointed why they Eve make such things which can’t even last a year,,Very Disappointed

Right out of the box, the diffuser doesn’t turn on. I connected it to power and attempted to charge it, and nothing.

The media could not be loaded.  It's leaking ! All the water leaking all the oil wasted ! Can something be done or should I return it ? Used for the first time ! Such a terrible product!
