I have now been using ashwaganda on a daily basisnfor several years and will continue to use it for the remainder of my life. It has been such a game changer in my emotional health. I suffer with anxiety and I deal with high stress levels. I do not want to take medication for it because of the potential side effects but ashwaganda has been such a such a life saver in this area. It really helps to mellow me out and make me feel more calm and peaceful. It is highly effective.I like this brand because it has a nice potency to it.What I also appreciate about this brand is the fact that they have also included black pepper in this formula. Black pepper helps your body to absorb the beneficial ingredients that give you your desired outcome. Without it, your body doesn't make as much of an efficient use out of it.These capsules are very convenient because it means I don't have to I don't have to measure out powders and stir them into liquids when I am on the go in the morning and in a hurry.

I had barely ever heard of Ashwagandha Root Powder before and never tried it. I have been having a terrible time sleeping; that is to say, I could not fall asleep, oftentimes until 4 or 5 in the morning, and that is with the doctor-ordered pills, which were difficult to adjust to, but finally began to work. Then, after a time, they began not to work. Being wakened in the middle of the night to attend a nature call meant that I would not go back to sleep, which meant a lot of naps in the daytime. Now do not misunderstand me, I do still take the doctor's capsules. But with the addition of Ashwagandha Root shortly before going to sleep has meant that I go to sleep easily, stay asleep until awakened, and then can GO BACK TO SLEEP! I don't know how long this effect will last, I can hope forever, but I also can scarcely express what a precious gift this has been. Note, however that different people have different experiences. This Ashwagandha with Black Pepper by Built by Nature has been an excellent supplement.Supplements are not regulated by the fda or any other agency. As such, it's really important to buy from very, very reputable companies that make supplements. In my experience I've found Built by Nature to be a really high quality supplement company and I've been very impressed with the supplements I've taken from them.and now specifically seek out supplements by them now.I started taking this Ashwagandha with Black Pepper in order to decrease my cortisol so I could sleep better. I also heard that it could have an effect of decreasing inflammation as well.I do have any proof of either by it had seemed to help me sleep and inflammation has gone down.I think the price is quite reasonable as well.I would recommend this product to others and any other supplement by this company.

This is a good does ashwagandha, I currently need about three times what it offers, so I double up and take another one with this (one that has the l-theanine in it that I need). This helps lower my cortisol - the high dose is just while I try to get it under control. I try to wean off and my body isn't having it yet. This helps me sleep and helps keep my palpitations under control.

I never really though I was stressed and someone suggested i try a supplement. So after research I tried these. The pills are larger than i would like but there are easy to swallow, no bad smell or taste really. I didnt notice the change as much as my family did. I wasnt getting as worked up over little things, I gave myself more time to calm myself and focus on other things rather than stressing out over stupidness. I dont like taking pills but I do believe i will keep on with these, for my and my familys sake, lol. Its not miracle calming drug, but it definitely improved my mood.
