Cloud subscription claim is misleading
The listing says cloud subscription is available for 3 months for free. We get only 30 days. Also, plan is very very expensive. Not worth signing up. Camera clarity on low light is also very bad. Image is grainy and dark. Net net, a product to avoid.

App is useless
Product is okay.night vision works fine and the ring is loud enough for me. I bought this product yesterday. I don’t get a video call on my phone when someone comes and ring the bell unless you keep the app open all the the time. that’s a very bad design I feel. If they could do something about the app then this problem is solved . But you will get a ring on the other device

Very bad app and service
bell rings everytime the power goes off. The notification appears after a couple of minutes after the bell is rung. Night vision is bad. And I'm not able to return it

Good Door bell. But One comment. Please read.
Good door bell. But can't camera can't be accessed from phone app, unless the door bell is rung manually. So it can't be used as a remote camera. I suggest this feature should be enabled by a software update. Which will make it a best in class product.

Value For Money... Best in Price Segment
I Tried 2-3 other products but this Smart Mini Video Doorbell is best in this price segment.This Doorbell is very easy to install with Wi-Fi and on mobile too.4 star because the Night vision is not that good but manageable..
