UPDATE: Got the 2X in and they fit perfect. Very happy with the fit, feel and look!First, let me get the one negative thing out of the way: Sizing.I wear a 36" waist in 98% of pants. I purchased a 3X, following the sizing guide, but they are too big. I have re-ordered in a 2X and will update when they arrive.Material: Good material and the stitching is well done. Band does not cut into the waist. These are very comfortable and I do not anticipate any chafing or significant seam imprints on my skin. Very "breathable".Aesthetics: Very sheer / see through. Whoever sees you in these shorts is gonna see everything, so if that is what you are intending, these are great. On the other hand, I would not recommend wearing them during pool time at church camp. Sybaris Pool Suites would probably be an ideal location when not at home - look it up :).Overall, as long as you pay attention to the sizing guide, these are good. 4/5 Stars.

Great fit, super soft, and sizing is dead on. These things breathe well and keep everything well contained comfortably. They feel like nice quality so I hope they last.

Great suit overall, my three star rating is only because it has a very different sizing than multiple pairs of these I bought last year. This year was about 2 inches smaller than the waist than last year, so the extra large for my 34 inch waist is too small. So these are very much not meant for anyone above a 34 inch waist.

I’m not a huge fan of underwear but needed something to work out in. At first I felt like “that guy” in a thong out and about; praying that I didn’t get into an accident lest the EMT see me in my weird mesh underwear.Then it dawned on me these are essentially the exact same as a men’s bathing suit liner. NBD.They keep things relatively well in place and allow air to flow. You do become aware of the mesh (whether that’s good or bad is up for debate) after a full day.As an added bonus when my wife sees me wearing them she typically can’t help but have a visceral response.
