Packed full of features, ideal for EDC, Bushcraft 🔥
This is a 12l capacity assault backpack with a military look and feel to it , although it's not as rugged and robust as some of my other military, Bushcraft type backpacks its still very well made and packed with features so you can use this pack in different ways for different activities, it's a Multifunctional and versatile rucksack. It's pricey at £80 for a small pack but it's packed with clever features, you can remove the straps if you like , there is also a hidden elasticated helmet storage holder or it can be used for attaching other gear to the outside of the pack and it gives you that bit of extra storage space for hat, gloves, jacket , it's a nice feature. You can attach this pack to a larger molle backpack or bergen using molle system at the back of the pack and take the shoulder straps off the pack. It's got an army camo design and large velcro pad at the back for your patches if you like. The main compartment is large and spacious, big enough for a lot of gear , cook kit, taro, fire kit , Bushcraft tools as in knife, small hatchet. You could definitely use this as a small compact day pack in the woods fir Bushcraft, which is one of my hobbies and I'll definitely be using this pack for that purpose. The straps are a little thin with mesh backing for ventilation and quick drying , not as padded as I would have liked but it's only a 12 litre backpack so it won't weigh you down or put too much strain on your shoulders or back. The backpack is lightweight , it's built for the outdoors , it has smaller zip up pockets for your bits an bobs , ferro rod, fire kit etc.It would make a good work bag, college bag , school bag too , it's not just a bag for rural outdoors use , it would make a good urban backpack too. There is space for a water bladder, at the price of £80 it would have been nice for this to be included.I really like this pack though its an excellent EDC, survival, Bushcraft pack, it's compact, lightweight, has good technical features, I will be using this for day camps in the woods , there's also a handy water bottle pouch on the side of the pack.A tad expensive but I'm still giving it 5 star as its got some cool features to adjust the pack and the added helmet holder Is very handy too.A good EDC pack.

Tactical Day Pack or MilSpec Satchel?
I have long been a fan of OneTigris kit and have purchased a number their products in the past. When I received the ACHELOUS 12L Tactical Backpack, I was impressed with the durable materials, robust construction and most of the built in features.I was particularly impressed by the optional 'mesh beavertail' that allows bulky items such as helmets or additional clothing to be carried when required, but can be tucked away when not needed. The 'back zipper system' that allows the pack to be quickly attached to and detached from MOLLE enabled body armour carriers and rucksacks is another innovative and useful feature. Numerous pockets and the ability to attach other kit using its MOLLE loops make this pack extremely versatile. However, there are a number of things I didn't like about the ACHELOUS 12L backpack. The first being the size, 12L isn't very much. From a tactical point of view, the kit that could be carried in the pack, might be better carried in smaller individual pouches that are more accessible. Whilst provision is made for quickly attaching/detaching the pack from MOLLE enabled kit, attaching/detaching the daypack shoulder straps requires laborious threading of straps through buckles. Quick Release buckles would be a better option. I didn't like that there was only a mesh water bottle carrier on one side, which would encourage unequal distribution of weight (as illustrated in one reviewer's photographs). I think MOLLE loops on both sides would give the user more carry options. As previously noted, the ACHELOUS 12L Tactical Backpack is well made, durable and versatile. I'm sure that many people will find it suitable for most of the purposes listed on the Amazon page. However, I think despite its many positive qualities, its price tag will deter many people. Currently retailing at £70, it is unlikely to be the first choice of serious 'war fighters', as comparable items are available at under half the price. I think the same logic will apply anyone looking for a day sack for commuting or an extremely durable schoolbag. As always, the excellent quality of materials and manufacture you would expect from OneTigris. One star deducted due to design issues (in my opinion) and price.

Super spacious, plenty of pockets and great for commutes/travelling!
This is the best quality tactical backpack on the internet. I researched a lot before purchasing and all other options with the same capacity (12L), despite being cheaper, don't offer anywhere near as close to the material quality or even compact spacing.I bought it with the intention of taking a 10-day trip to Montenegro carrying everything on my back. And a 12l backpack proved sufficient. I've seen people backpacking with 35l and 40l suitcases, but I thought it wasn't enough for a trip in the European summer.I did a first test compared to my on-board suitcase and it seems that the smaller at first sight. however, thanks to just how adjustable and compact this bag was, I was able to put everything I planned to take for the trip and there was still room left for food and cell phone accessories. A negative point would be comfort. If you fill it all up, your back is a little bulging and the weight pulls you back. Maybe I got that impression because I wasn't used to cargo backpacks.Regardless, I have also used this bag for my cycling commutes to university and found it so so practical. Plenty of space inside for my iPad pro, laptop, books, pencil case and even my helmet at the front when not in use. The bag pack looks quite stylish and premium too, couldn't be happier and to be honest I can see this lasting for the many years to come. 5 stars and would recommend!Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)
