This kennel is perfect for keeping my two pugs together. It was very easy to put together and will hold up as I expect it to. The only downside is that the latches leave a lot to be desired - they really don't hold the doors closed very well. I am still giving the product 5 stars though because the style, space, and easy assembly made it worth the extra $1.50 I spent on adding a proper latch.

This crate looks really nice but the latch that keeps the door shut is very cheaply made. It took my dog approximately 30 seconds to get out of this crate

I bought this for my puppy, I liked the look of it since it sits in my living room. It was fairly easy to put together and probably took me about 45 minutes. It does look like the pictures and seems well made. My only complaint is the side with the 2 doors seems pretty flimsy. It only has a small latch to hold both doors closed, I ended up setting this side up against my couch, so my puppy (she's a larger breed) can't jump on the door and get out.

Don’t buy this product, it looks great but the directions are the worst and the parts to put it together are terrible. It’s flimsy, not sturdy and takes two to three people just to try and put it together. This is a terrible product for a dog. The style is great but the product itself is crap.

Love the idea of a dog crate that doubles as furniture, and it looks great in the living room. However, the material feels a bit flimsy and may not hold up for strong chewers, such as my 11lb Pomsky who chewed through all the spindle in 3 months.

Very happy with purchase. #14 parts was missing from both boxes.

fit ok for size of dog

If you have a demure dog that loves the crate, 7/10 would recommend it. It's very cutesy, has decent quality, and is relatively easy to assemble. That being said, my dog is not demure. I have a mini terrorist that doubles as a French bulldog. After assembling it, I got it all decked out with a comfy bed and peanut butter kong in preparation for her first stay. Within less than an hour, she ripped a couple dowels out, chewed them like a twig, and then happily met me at the door with said twigs in tow. Because of how cute the crate is, and we hadn't even had it for 24 hours, I talked my husband into reinforcing the now larger lookout windows with a metal mesh( it was safely done). The following day, she once again went to town, ripped out the magnet catcher part and the reinforced screen, and finished off the rest of the dowels, making it completely unusable. She now has a maximum-security crate, which is ugly as sin, but it works.

After assembling this, it doesn't line up properly. Some wood was cracked.

Overall an easy build with my dad’s help LOL But I did find the instructions to be kind of confusing in regards to which part is on which side, and the photos didn’t make sense. After building, the double doors also did not completely align which I wasn’t a fan of at all. Tried to fix it, and it would look fine when the screws were tightened but then would go back to looking wonky and not straight. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you’re an aesthetic freak like me, there’s definitely better furniture crates on here!

Just recieved this, unpacked it, not worth the cost, back is thin cardboard like. and it has a VERY strong chemical smell, and the bars feel like wood, not metal, as I believe it said they were? Not sure I can fit it all back in the box to return it, that is the problem, I am hoping that smell will fade, it is making me feel dizzy, can't put my Chihuahua's in that.
