Great kit for price and starter friendly
I bought this kit to save some money and pamper myself from home. I got the natural colors and they have come out awesome! It takes about 4 layers to get full coverage but 2-3 for a sheer look! As the gel dries, it does have a stale smell but I don’t think it’s anything to be concerned about bc it’s probably normal and I never have noticed at the salon. I recommend this to all my friends !

It works good! 😊
Did some Frenchies on my natural nails 💅🏼, only problem with my UV light it smells like burnt rubber and my hand burns when I insert my hand in it. But very good product 👌🏼

Jelly nails- Great Application
I chose the jelly gel polish because I like the sheer high shine colors. This is four layers of the darkest color in the set. For a beginner they turned out amazing. It was easy to use and all 30 of the lights are working in the UV nail lamp ❤️🔥❤️🔥

No problems
I wanted my hands to look neater. I used to go to the nail salon every 2 weeks. I wore acrylic nails when I was younger. But as I've aged, my nails are growing much more quickly and they are much harder. It's one of the few benefits of getting older.I am hard on my nails, so gel nails only make sense. But I have found that the upkeep can be very expensive. You must remove and replace every 2-3 weeks as your nails grow out. This can be right expensive and now that I'm on a fixed income that is not a priority. But I still want my hands to look neat.So I got the removal kit as well as this one. I don't wear bright colors because I don't want attention drawn to my aging hands. I don't even wear French tips which I did for years. But I find the white also draws the attention. So these subdued colors in skin tones are great. They make my fingers look longer.I use a nail dehydrate and a nail primer first. Then a base coat, two coats of color, ending with top coat. Then I wipe it down with alcohol to remove any sticky residue. I do the light for 60 seconds each after the base coat, and two coats of color. Then I do 2 minutes on the top coat because the girls at the salon always do. And I'm done. It came out perfectly on the first try.Remember that it needs to be sticky to bond with your nail. This is what keeps it from chipping. The alcohol removes the stickiness when you're done.
