I used it for making mochi at home, it works perfectly. Also great if you want to cut corn products out of your diet, to thicken up all sorts of things.

Great For Cooking
I needed potato starch to make karaage, and decided to try this. It turned out great, but the size was like half the size I expected it to be. I like the Anthony's brand and I usually get the bigger bags which I thought this was, I didn't even know they made bags this size. Idk, but the bag pictured in the listing also seemed bigger than what I received....
