Yet, as suggested, most organization members are so busy, they fail to slow down long enough and reset. Thank you.

This book, changed the way our business ran on a daily basis. It lays out what the EOS platform is, and explains it clearly and consiely. It shows you what to expect if you implement EOS as your company operating system. It is how people talk to each other, how meetings become efficient, how clear lines of direction are created and followed. Our business has been using EOS for 5 years, and we would not be in business today if we had not moved to this.Game Changer -

It’s hard for me to be negative about this book because the concept of the EOS program have inspired a wonderful change in how my company is run. We were assigned to read the book to help us understand the process behind the changes. The book was a simple concept fleshed out with fluff, over promises and repetition - not for emphasis but to take this from a pamphlet to a book. I like EOS a lot but not because of its presentation here.
