Wobbly Start, Purr-fect Finish
Putting this together was a bit of a puzzle (but I like a challenge), especially since one of the poles (part 40) was missing the little threaded metal piece that lets it screw into the bolt. I managed to shove it on there with sheer willpower and some serious elbow grease. It’s a tiny bit wobbly at that spot, but hey—it’s standing!The real win here? I messaged the seller about the defective part, and they replied almost instantly—like superhero-level fast. They're sending out a replacement part, which is a huge relief because I really didn’t want to tear the whole thing apart and box it up again.There was a bit of a chemical smell when I first opened it, but it faded pretty quickly. My cat has only used it a handful of times so far, but I don’t blame the tree—it’s more of a “me convincing her to stop scratching the stairs” situation. Catnip is about to enter the chat.All in all, it’s sturdy, looks great, didn’t break the bank, and customer service was top-notch. Fingers crossed the cat chooses this over my carpeted stairs!

The fabric covers the holes
It’s really nice easy build would recommend it’s cheap for what you get the only thing I will say is that for the big house the fur was covering the holds and I had to keep the nail in it so I didn’t lose the hold when trying to get the pillar in there. But everything else is good!

Amazing Small/Medium Friendly Cat Tower
Bought for my two cats as their first tree, one year old and six year old, and they’re satisfied. Works great for small/medium sized cats, my 6 yr old barely fits. Assembly was kind of difficult, luckily all my screws came since I did notice that was frequent issue but building the two little huts took some work. The carpet covering the wood panels that shape the box kept sliding over the holes I needed to put the screws through and it was a huge hassle. One screw also won’t go all the way in tightly which worries me a little but seems to hold together. Cats took to it fast and love the scratching post. My only issues are that it had a smell to it once it arrived and can be a little wobbly but nothing deal breaking. Came next day without needing to pay extra.

Sturdy and affordable cat tree
Great cat tower for small/medium cats !! Mine are 7 and 10 pounds and cat both fit on/in the structure comfortably. As you can see in the picture I put the bottom on upside down lol but other than that it was easy to assemble (if you can be patient with the screws and weird alignment of the fabric) and very sturdy. My heavier cat jumps to the top a lot and it doesn’t wobble! My shy cat that likes hiding loves it too.

cat loves it, difficult assembly
my cat loves it, i HATED putting this together. it was not easy at all. a lot of the holes in the fabric did not line up with the holes in the wood, which caused me to have to cut them or force the fabric over. it smelled very strongly of chemicals and i had to steam it before placing it in my bedroom. it is soft, and the quality for the price was good but ultimately this was not at all easy to put together and i would have rather paid more for an easier to assemble cat tree. it did come with all the pieces and the instructions weren’t terrible but if you don’t have patience just spend more money and buy one that’s easier to use.

GREAT PRICE
THIS WAS PERFECT ADDITION TO MY CATS ROOM. THEY LOVE TO LAY ON IT. IT HOLDS 3 CATS ON IT AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE DIFFERENT LAYING PADS. IT IS STURDY AND MADE WELL. IT WAS EASY TO SET UP. MY CATS ARE EVERY COMFORTABLE ON IT. GREAT PRICE.

There is a bit of wobbling going on
My kitty loves it! And so do I. The only problem that I have and why I didn't give this 5 stars, is because even though everything is tightened as best as possible, it is a little bit wobbly. My cat is pretty small and when she jumps to the different levels it shakes quite a bit. If you have multiple kitties then it might be a problem. Otherwise I love it so much! The fabric is soft. It is very easy to put together.
