My new go to for the gym!
This stuff is a solid go-to for a boost before hitting the gym or whenever I need a little pick-me-up during the day. It’s been a great way to avoid grabbing energy drinks, which are usually loaded with sugar and way overpriced. The flavor’s pretty good too—nice and refreshing. Yeah, it’s a bit on the sweet side, but no big deal; I just mix it with more water, and it’s perfect. Plus, it’s super convenient to toss into a shaker and go. Overall, it’s a great product. Gives me energy, helps with hydration, and doesn’t have me reaching for junk. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something simple and effective!

Optimum Pick-Me-Up with a Refreshing Boost
I've been relying on Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Powder Plus Hydration for a while now, and it's become my go-to for a midday energy boost. Here's what I like most about it:Energy and Focus: The combination of caffeine from natural sources and amino acids gives me a noticeable lift in energy and mental focus, without the jitters I sometimes experience from coffee.Hydration Support: Electrolytes help me stay hydrated, especially important during warm weather or intense workouts.Taste and Mixability: It comes in a variety of flavors (like Strawberry Burst and Watermelon) that taste great and mix easily in water. No chalky aftertaste!Low Calorie Option: With only 5-10 calories per serving, it fits well with my fitness goals.Convenient Packaging: The single-serving stick packs are perfect for on-the-go use.Overall, Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Plus Hydration is a refreshing and effective way to combat afternoon slumps and support my workouts. It's become a reliable part of my daily routine. Some additional points to consider:While some reviewers say the taste is great, flavor preference can vary. If you're unsure, the single-serving stick packs are a good way to try a flavor before committing to a larger tub.The caffeine content (around 100mg per serving) is moderate. If you're sensitive to caffeine, this might not be the best choice.I recommend Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Plus Hydration to anyone looking for a tasty and convenient pick-me-up that also supports hydration and focus.

Good, but doesn't dissolve completely
Love the taste. However, it doesn't dissolve as well as i would like and i use a bullet type blender. Leaves sediments of at the bottom of my glass.

Love this stuff so much?
This is and has been by far one of my most favorite energy supplement. I love the flavors they have with watermelon being one of the best. It just dissolves so well with no clumps or chunks. The best part is I normally feel a little jittery from energy drinks but this doesn’t make me feel jittery at all and works amazing. Will definitely be getting more in the future!

Great ingredients and flavor!
I've tried two other brands of BCAA energy type drinks and this is by far the best. I like that is contains multiple types of BCAA's not just 2 - 3. It isn't full of sugar but tastes really nice. Watermelon is my favorite. It gives a nice boost of energy without making me jittery. I do mix it with more water than directed because it is pretty overpoweringly sweet if you don't. Great for staying hydrated with some electrolytes!

Tasted great but not pre workout quality
Update: This is the second day I’ve used this product. I did not add in the beet root powder this time. The taste is like Gatorade- salty with a little sweet because of the electrolytes. I still don’t think this is a very good supplement to use as a pre workout unless you max the dosage which is 6 scoops but that’s a bit excessive (it’s 300mg caffeine). I used 2 scoops plus a half (so 150mg caffeine). The nice thing is that the manufacturer included multiple serving suggestions on the label so that you can see exactly how much caffeine you’re getting- that’s impressive. I wish coffee would have the same labeling. So my face has that itchy feel which doesn’t bother me but again, I don’t have that “I’m ready to get up and exercise” push that I was hoping to get from this drink. I purchased this to minimize the types of chemicals I was putting in my body and also because I needed an amino acid drink. I still feel like I want a container of pre-workout and a separate container of amino acids without caffeine. Bummer.Original review:Tastes very good! I bought watermelon and mixed in a serving of organic beet root powder. It tasted like a fruit punch jolly rancher. I bought this thinking I would be able to use it as a pre-workout but I’m not so sure. I am used to that instant energy surge that I get after taking pre-workouts. This gave me energy but nothing to help with motivation and focus. I think that’s what is really missing here is the focus component that pre-workouts have. Otherwise, nice amino acid drink
