Great power distribution unit
What a great product, works great in the rack and I love all the outlets in back. Keeps everything clean and has options to plug into the front.

Great Rackmount Power solution for all your gear
Excellent rackmount solution to power plenty of gear. The USB ports are nice to keep your portable electronics charged during those long sessions. I also have a couple sets of monitors not pictured here powered from the rear outlets, and I love that there's now one switch to power them all without having to go round and switch on a dozen different bits of gear

Works well but has some quality issues
The mess of outlets on the back and the rack mountable form factor is just what I needed. The spacing between the rack mount holes on the rack ears is too close together, so it's only mounted with one screw on each side. It also misspelled "charge" as "chage" on the front panel and the USB outlets. Overall, gets the job done and you get what you pay for.

This unit is the perfect fit
Love the pigtails! The USB power outlets in the front are handy to recharge my wireless keyboard and trackpad. I don't see how you can go wrong with this unit!

Potential Safety Hazard
While the unit itself is functional, I discovered that the hot and the neutral were traded on one of the front outlets and one of the back outlets. This is an incredibly bad manufacturing defect. In certain applications this could cause an electrical shock hazard. I suggest checking yours with an outlet tester before use, and return if it's defective. I'm past the return window when I discovered this, so it's staying.

Power Up Your Rack with Pyle's 19 Outlet PDU!
If you're a true geek and you're serious about your rack setup, then you'll definitely appreciate the Pyle 19 Outlet PDU Power Distribution Supply Center Conditioner. This device packs a whopping 19 outlets into a single 1U rack-mountable unit, which means you'll never run out of power again. The sleek black design is perfect for any tech setup, and the unit is well-built and durable. But the real beauty of this device is in the power conditioning features. The PDU includes built-in surge protection, noise filtering, and voltage regulation, which means your sensitive equipment will be protected from power spikes, interference, and other electrical issues. The unit also includes a digital LCD display that provides real-time feedback on voltage, current, and power usage. This is incredibly useful for anyone who needs to monitor their power usage and ensure their equipment is running optimally. Overall, I'm really impressed with the Pyle 19 Outlet PDU and would definitely recommend it to any geek who takes their rack setup seriously. It's a must-have for anyone who wants the ultimate in power conditioning and distribution! 10 out of 10, would rack again.

Some good things but also some bad things
Whats good is that this can really handle a lot of different devices plugged in. Also despite the number of devices, the power seems to be well conditioned so far. Thats great! I am using this for a large rack in a music studio and i am using almost all of the back outlets. The front outlets and usb are handy for things that only need to be plugged in sometimes like midi sequencers or keyboards, while the back are used for permanent rack equipment. Here is what I don’t like about this device. The rack height space it takes up is actually slightly taller than 1U even after you remove the rubber feet (which you definitely should). That means that although its basically 1U, you will actually use 2U of actual usable space because that extra height will prevent the adjacent unit from fitting. Even worse, the on/off switch on the front will only turn off the front outlets. The back outlets stay on all the time. I would have MUCH preferred to have it turn off either just the back outlets or all the outlets. The back devices are the ones that I want to be able to turn off all at once. I don’t understand who would want this feature. Also I feel like this is not properly described on the amazon listing or in the manual. If i had known that the on/off worked like that, I would have chosen a different product. Also the rack height inconsistency issue also might have changed my mind too. So you should consider these things before you buy.

It is a solid device that fit in the AV rack fairly easily. USB ports was an added bonus. Easy to plug into and looks clean.

Excellent 19-port PDU that replaced 3 power bars from different vendors. Top-notch build, integrated short extension cords (to support large 'bricks' that would otherwise take up room) and convenient front-facing USB ports. Recommended for any pro audio or IT setup!

It fits well in a rack-mount system. Easy to install. The pigtails make it really easy to plug in clunky adapters etc. without blocking other outlets. I've had it for about a month. So far no issues. I haven't tried the USB outlets for anything.
