I measured 3.5” across my palm so chose the L rather than the medium. They arrived within 24 hours and the size is snug but not too tight so I’m glad I went for the size up. Very supportive and look good quality with good packaging and a helpful booklet.

The sizing for me is spot on for “medium”. Fit well and provides good support for painful fingers and palm due to tendonitis. Used with other remedies so difficult to know if my improvement is due the gloves alone. A bonus is the concise Dr Arthritis Handbook - the various exercises really help if adhered to. No pain no gain!

They got a 4 star award as these gloves have long fingers that cover to the tips which was what I needed for my arthritic fingers, and they did relieve the pain. I would have given them a 5 star rating but after the first use the seams opened up. Maybe an improvement of the seam stitching would be a good idea.?

I do like these gloves, I've had several pairs over the last few years and in my opinion they work well.If you have larger or thicker hands/fingers these might prove too tight.....I mean they are compression gloves, but you get the idea hopefully.When its cold, I wear them pretty much all day at work. Being thin material and with the open fingertips, typing or doing dextrous tasks aren't impeded, almost to the point i forget I'm wearing them.When taking them off, you notice how much they have compressed and supported as my fingers generally show the imprint although they don't feel like they're cutting into you at all.Washable, comfortable and they do what they're supposed to.If there is a downside, its that due to the thin material and stitching, they can sometimes start to split at the seams on the fingers. I've sewn them back up, but the join is noticeable. However, this is a minor gripe and on the whole they last a pretty good while before they give up.I'd recommend them.

I was hoping these gloves were going to alleviate the pain in my hands caused by a mixture of arthritis and tendinitis but the gloves are not compressing and the fingers are too long for my hands as I have to take them off to do any manual job. I think probably I should have ordered the small size which could do a better job at compression and with shorter fingers so that the fingertips are protruding more, but I was worried they wouldn't fit at all. They are comfortable but they just keep my hands warm, that's all.

Compression gloves that help keep hands warm and supported. My finger joints felt supported and warm and the discomfort was eased whilst wearing them. Sizing was accurately described and hands felt supported without being 'squeezed' uncomfortably. Will be interested to see how long term use of tis product helps.

Great gloves, advised to buy these from an Arthritis specialist, they do help, i wear them at night as i can't wear them during the day due to my job.

Got these about a month ago. I mainly use them at night. I think there is a marginal reduction in pain but of course they don't claim to be a cure! So that's fine. The quality is good and they are not deteriorating or losing shape. The grip is still firm. Give them a go!

In inverno sono ottimi per i chitarristi. Evitano tanti problemi nel lungo periodo.

È ormai da diverso tempo che acquisto questi guantini per problemi con il tunnel carpale, appena li indosso il dolore scompare ed anche la manualità migliora sensibilmente, non è una soluzione al problema ma permette di avere una vita quasi normale.Se anche voi avete problemi di tunnel carpale consultate il vostro medico e nell'attesa di un eventuale operazione o come supporto alla ginnastica per recuperare l'uso della mano, consiglio caldamente questi guantini
