Q: Does this clog pores?

No; if anything it helps to remove dirt from your pores

Q: What is the consistency? Can I use my hand to put it on my face, or is it too watery and requires a cotton ball?

This is a liquid consistency. After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply over the face and neck. Follow with the appropriate PCA SKIN® treatment serums and broad spectrum SPF product in the daytime and moisturizer in the evening.

Q: Does this have the pumpkin scent?

Hello, no. This does not have a pumpkin scent. If you are looking for one that does, we would recommend trying our Nutrient Toner.

Q: Need some help with the dispenser. how am i supposed to wet my cotton ball? nothing seems to come out when i push down

Hello! When first using the pump, it might take a couple of times to push down to get the air out of the pump and to allow the product to come out. If that does not work, please contact Amazon directly to get a replacement.
