wind this thread slowly around the bobbins before loading, otherwise the pent-up elasticity unloads at odd moments while sewing and disrupts thread tensions. otherwise a handsome thread

I’ve used the thread 30 years in quilting.. never had one bit of a problems.. I would like once again to find they are making the colors they used to.. I can only find White, off Whte and Blk now… so with quilting that’s a problem..

After all sorts of frustration with low quality thread-I ordered this. Feeds smoothly-almost impossible to break.

Was hoping this would replace a current thread that I use (same Tex). However, the quality is very different. This thread is fuzzy and hard to thread. It also is not the same thickness. You can visibly see a difference. The picture is of two Tex 40 threads side by side, with the bottom one being my current thread. The only reason the top thread looks similar in thickness is because it is so fuzzy.I make weight bearing products, so have to use a high quality thread I can trust. This is not it.

Love this thread. Color ad strength is perfect.

Thread kept breaking, so I had to return it. Maybe it was old?
