Fantastic knife
What I like about this knife: 1. The size and shape are perfect for so many culinary needs. It certainly doesn't bend, but in a pinch, one could even use it to filet fish. It's that sharp. 2. It is so sharp. Razor sharp. 3. It never needs sharpening. 4. Dish washer safe. 5. Arrived in a nice storage box . I place it in this box after each use, post cleaning of course. What I dislike: 1. Not truly sure I can call this a dislike, but because it's ceramic, one needs to go a bit easy on it. Slamming or dropping it will certainly cause it to chip or break altogether. Here's a bit of fluff, in case you're still reading. I broke my first one in the first week. I returned and received a second. I was pushing quite hard to cut through a very solid vegetable, a rutabaga to be specific. It snapped at the base, near the handle. My fault entirely, for treating it like a metal knife. I failed to recognize the fact that it's a bit fragile, in the sense that I can't abuse it like a metal knife. With that said, you need not assume that it's going to break with repeated use. Cared for reasonably, my guess is, this knife will last me for years to come. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great but really really sharp
I love these ceramic knives. Have bought others and thought I’d try this santoku version. It is amazingly sharp and cuts tomatoes without and “drag”. Cuts everything like “soft butter” The only downside to this knife is the right angle point near the handle. This is a dangerous area (well the whole knife is dangerous if you are not careful of course, but this especially so) I’ve already pricked/cut my skin unintentionally☹️ without realizing it! Washing the knife should also be done carefully to avoid cutting yourself. I handle the cleaning with great care to make sure I’m pointing the blade away from the sponge whilst washing. Even when putting on the drying rack, I lay the knife blade edge down in the strainer. I never, ever, put the knife in a bowl of soapy water, but rather hold it out and wash separately. Shall I say again this is a great knife, but very very sharp. I would suggest one improvement in the design: find some way to round this point at the end where the handle is and it would make the knife perfect.

Great Knife!
I’ve had this knife for over a year now and it still works as good as it did the day I got it! It chipped when I tried to pry open a can with it, but that’s not what it is supposed to be used for, lol!

Nice knife, but not that sharp and doesn't hold an edge
I use this as an all purpose knife for fruit, vegetables, meats, and breads. I had used one similar to it at my son's house and was impressed at how cleanly and easily it cut. The knife I bought didn't match that performance, and lost sharpness very quickly.

A great knife
Works great, sharp as hell, looks good and fits nicely in my hand. Easly to use and is as durable as any ceramic knife. I am a believer and this is now my go to kitchen knife.
