One of the reasons I chose it is because it's lab-tested and manufactured in Kerala, which gave me confidence in its quality and authenticity.The oil is sourced from sardines, and I appreciate that there’s no fishy aftertaste or burps, which is often an issue with other fish oil supplements. I take one capsule daily, usually immediately after food, which seems to work best for me.Since I’m also taking other supplements, it’s hard to pinpoint the exact effects of this one alone. However, the overall experience with this brand—clean, trustworthy, and effective—has been excellent so far.Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable, Indian-made fish oil supplement.

Nice Omega 3 with good DHA, EPA amount with Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 but Vitamin E is not Real Tocotrienol Antioxidant. Love to see this Omega 3 with real "Tocotrienol" which are more potent antioxidants than Tocopherol.
