Silver Algaedyn 3 x 1 Quart Pack

It didn't work for me. It was a lot of money to spend to get very little if any results. I've heard and read it has worked for a lot of people, unfortunately I was not one of them. I had quite a bit of algae due to my pump being down for repairs for just a couple of days. In north Texas it doesn't take much time for algae to take over. I'm not impressed with this product.

This product really works. It takes 3-4 weeks and a couple of bottles. But wow, our pool looks great. Fast and friendly service from the seller too.

So easy to use and fast results. We put a little in each week and we haven't seen any algae since second dose. So glad we found this because others you had to be out of the pool 24hours. There is no time warning but we choose to put it in at night so we feel confident in the morning . Thanks Amazon!

Works very well against pink slime bacteria in swimming pools. I have not had an algae problem in my pool, but this year I have had some pink slime on surfaces in a pool that has sparkling clear water, mostly in a few spots where the water doesn't circulate well, like under ladder steps, around fittings, etc. The usual chlorine maintenance with occasional shock did nothing to remove the slime. I used Algaedyn as directed (brush up visible slime, adjust chlorine to 3 ppm free, then add 1 qt Algaedyn per 20,000 gallons and circulate for 72 hr). Result: the slime is gone. Great product!

Worked great. Had several areas with black algea. Cleaned and brushed pool then added algeacide with great results.

I had tried several different products, scrubbed many hours and spent hundreds of dollars in trying to treat the black algea in my pool. I have been fighting it for two summers now. This seems to be the best product I have tried so far. It has only been a week since the first treatment and the pool looks 100% better. No one would ever know I had black algea. Completely impressed with this product. I'm hoping this products keeps it away!
