The receptacle for the watch cord didn’t work but Amazon replaced it the next day! Hope the new one works!UPDATE : new one didn’t work either!UPDATE: the new worked with a USB watch charger in the receptacle but it caused the rest of the light to quit working! Now ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKS. Good bye

I needed a bedside lamp for reading. This lamp removed most of the clutter on my nightstand. All my chargers and illumination would be on one item.The lamp is nice with three settings. It was easy to set up with time. The alarm setting was difficult but explained in the manual. Does not come with an Apple Watch charger but I was able to, with minimum effort, phish my charger through the lamps compartment and connect to the interior USB port. Came with a rubber that I believe was to hold Apple Watch charger in place but I found more convenient and stable to just have the charger sit there without the rubber.I placed my phone on the charger and worked even if it wasn’t centered.I wake up on the middle of the night and see my phone was not charging. I saw it was at 80% so I thought it charged to 80 and then the lamp charger was not strong enough to do the trickle effect that iPhones use to prevent over charging. I finished charging in my car on the way to work. I get home with 60% and put on charger. (I have and iPhone 14 pro max btw) The lamp would no longer charge. The lights worked and the Watch charger worked so it wasn’t a burnout or fuse. I can’t test AirPods as I have 1st gen that don’t wireless charge.I checked the book thinking that I accidentally turned the charger feature off. The manual stated to not use a case with metal or magnets on the MagSafe side. My phone had a case with a magnet on hinges that can be used as a stand.Amazon sent me a replacement two days later.This time I decide to charge without my case on. Not too inconvenient to remove my case before bed. The charger worked and charged me to 100. I woke up in the middle of the night again after going to bed around 11pm and by 2am was fully charged.Second night. I wake up in the am to see my phone at 80%. I move around and adjust and nothing.So with the case it lasted 3 hours charging. Without it last a total 11 hours of charging time before death.Good lamp but cannot justify the price if the main features do not work. I thought about keeping as I would still have a stand for my watch but would still need an outlet and charger for my phone.

It’s great design to consider most Apple products like iPhone, AirPods, iWatch and LED Light with time/alarm. However LED light sometimes blinking and you need to use your own Apple Watch cable to squeeze into limited compartment in the back, which caused unstable charging for Apple Watch by my observation. If manufacturer can design iWatch cable inside, it can avoid manually installation and charging intermittently problem.

Bought three of these Units. All worked great at first. Light is very handy. After two months, two of them have stopped charging the AirPods and there appears to be a short on the Apple Watch connection also. Do not recommend.

there is a lot to like about this light, especially compared to (lack of) options in the big box stores. They thought a lot of it through and made some really awesome design choices. I would only change a couple things-1) bigger, sturdier base -I only bought this because my dumb cat knocked over my other light and broke it so I worry this one will be knocked over especially because it’s got such a small base2) maybe I’m wrong but it seems like the time can only be displayed as military time… I can read it but it takes an extra second or two so I’d prefer a 12 hour clock versus 24hr3) needs to be brighter with the ability to adjust brightness4) this last one is a little bit nitpicky but the Apple Watch charger does not fit in the rubber gasket provided and so it moves around a little bit. Again, it is nitpicky and something that doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things but if I were making changes that would be one.Again, all around is an awesome lamp and I love the fact that it has the clock so I don’t have to cry in my neck to see my other Clock lol (or pick up one of the seven watches on my desk 🤦🏻‍♂️) I literally never review Amazon products, I think I’ve reviewed maybe one in the past and even then i only did it because they offered a free gift or something, so that should tell you how great this light is. If y’all make those changes let me know and I’ll buy two or three more, for real
